I do not know why it does, but it still amazes me at how prevalent "rich envy" is in our country. Remember the popularity of the TV show "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous"? Some folks drooled over it. Instead of doing what it takes to make our own lives better, many of us want to point at successful, and rich people, and demand that they give up what they have.
When I look at them, I realize that I do not and would not have had the drive, ambition, and willingness to put in the hours of work that they did to get where they are. I do not envy them that, or the fruits of their labors. Sure, they may have gotten some breaks in life that gave them a boost, like wealthy parents, but they also overcame adversities too.
But we have politicians who play on some people's greed and envy to make political points and promise them unattainable free benefits by taking away from those they consider super rich. What people don't seem to realize that if we took ALL the finances that these so called super rich people had, it still wouldn't be enough to give all the freebies they are promising.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

i think the Clinton's taught the Billionaires to keep forking over the dough, and you'll get what you want on the sly, but let us say what we need to stay in power. That mindset will always have Lulu's and Skarrifs to breech their gospel

Your kidding right! Do ya think billionaires really need you up on a soapbox clamoring on their behalf.

Billionaires do fine regardless of who happens to be president. But now is a great time to be a billionaire .. Trump made it rain money and you don't have to do anything to collect .. except be a billionaire already.

I hate to break it to you, but the term "critical thinking" is not new or a "buzz word"........That's just your impression because you have never heard it used
in a sentence until Fox pundits started claiming it was a Democrat buzz-word.....
