WALKING DOWN THE MEMORY LANE.

Memories in principle are some of the most important moments in our lives bottled up and served to our minds on occasion. Relatively, we should take time each day to make ourselves better in one way or another. Drawing from your past experiences and memories, in an effort to make the future better as much as possible. It's hard to forget who gave you so much to remember. "Memories are small diaries that we will keep in our mind always".
Below is just a self written poem I have posted for you on my "Memories". Hoping it may please you.
Thanks for reading it.

My mystic memories

In the midst of my allusion
My mind plunged in consternation
Wandering into the past,
Pondering on what would last.

My thoughts keep going astray
Recalling, dwelling in every way
In my memories, everything passes-by
With a bit of cry, a bit of joy, a bit of why.

Missing not any moment neither any event
Whether joyful, sad or irrelevant.
Each has its own cause or its own reason
At times even beyond any imagination.

Ignoring the providence of the future
Trusting it to be as a green pasture
When suddenly, the sky turned dark
Slashing away every slightest spark.

Bewildering into the unknown
Most hopes were nearly gone
Only a gleam remained to cling to
Uniquely, what was left to do.

Then a sudden ray made its way through,
Lightening up again the rough path too
The evident wonder of the unseen
Has always his righteous mean.

Memories will ever engrave all
Of one's life for later recall.
Memories are and will ever be
The store of facts eventually.

Memories are just a reflector,
An echo of one's fateful fore-go
Memories will never ever erase
Any part of one's life phase.

Memories will remain memories
A remembrance of one self stories
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
MySeek dear lady,
Thank you once more for your visit and your very nice comments on my new blog poem. Yes, MySeek, we all have at least some events still lingering on in our memories, whether good or bad in the past, we learn from the mistakes of the bad and continue the good. The future will be better then.
Thanks again for sharing your a bit of yours.
Hope reading from you again, I wish you all my best.
Looklook,.
As usual, I will for sure respond to your interrogative comments of course, but first of all, let me thank you for you usual visit and welcoming you again to my new blog,
Looklook, it's not me who wrote "to count the days and so on" but it is simply a memory quote as it is called. I guess you haven't understood it well and wish you read it again and notice where it's written too.
Secundo: I wrote this poem according to my memories, about the events of the past which are lingering on. One can't erase anything from the memories and I don't have to choose anyone in particular to dedicate my poem, it just came from my heart relatively. Just wrote what I felt, what I passed through and which are kept in my memories.
YOU, means I'm sharing it with everyone and to whoever reads it. And " why now", is just my wish to write it now, as this is the theme I've chosen for my blog, as you can see. There is no specific time for me to set a blog. But as I had this theme in mind, so I wrote about it and it gave me a chance to post my poem too. So simple as this. I wish if it happens that it doesn't please you as it is but hoping you'll understand the contents of "MY Mystic Memories", later on.
But thank you certainly for you wishes which I do appreciate. Wishing you a happy weekend as well. Hope reading from you again soon.
With my best wishes to you.
Lisa.
Lisa,
I know that it is not you who wrote "don't count the days, make the days count".......You are no Muhammad Ali. Neither am I. However, there is no harm in understanding the real meaning of the quote.. The quote means----- do something significant with your time (make the days count for something) don't just wish the time away (count the days).I do not know why you want to interpret it differently in this case! Only you can explain it. My intention was to request you not to just wish the time away as you can do something significant with it.The quote is not simply a memory quote as you have mentioned.
I have not asked you to dedicate the poem to any one.I simply pointed out that you must have written it remembering something about someone whoever he may be !! .He may be someone you greatly adored in the past and still adore,and who still excites you very much!!!
Thanks for sharing your poem with everyone and i agree with your reason for writing the poem now. It is your poem and you should do whatever you like to do with it. Does it matter whether it pleases me now or another time later on?
Thanks once again for sharing the poem and also for makig me write afresh on it! Hope you had a happy weekend.
Wishing you all the best, Lisa.
Looklook.
Thanks for your own kind of understanding of the above mentioned quote, I may state that each one is free to interpret it as he likes of course, but its real meaning is in between the lines as we say. It is such as: "Don't count your days", means: One shouldn't only enjoy how how long he/she has been allowed in all types of misdeeds or good deeds done but to see forward for the coming future, talking examples and results from the past, to ameliorate the future. This is what is meant by " Make your days count". any speculations should be based on this.
I am surely not Mohamed Ali but I would rather follow the steps of Mother Theresa !!. I don't understand well what you mean by "wish the time away", I may take it as "Waste the time away" if am not mistaken. But the right explanation, I've written it above as clearly as I could.
And the tittle of my blog" Walking Down the Memory Lane",defines clearly the following action taken below it, that is my self written poem on "MY MYSTIC MEMORIES". Then as I guess, you can understand all of it.
Thank you again for reading all, I wish you a delightful weekend.
Lisa.
What does "don't count the days make the days count" mean? It means do something significant with your time (make the days count for something) don't just wish the time away (count the days). I am repeating it to make the matter clear to you. Just Google "don't count the days make the days count" and you will receive the answer in no time. Hope you will also understand what is meant by "wish the time away". Meantime, please do not take it as"waste the time away" If you do so ,.it may then come into direct contradiction with your theme "memories".Surely , your intention is not to waste the memories away too.Are you not wanting to keep all the memories intact forever?
I have no problem if you follow the steps of mother Theresa !! I would rather be happy for it.I would also request you not to remove this excellent poem from your blog as was done previously under a different circumstances. Thanks again for making looklook write again on the subject. Happy weekend, Lisa
