A VERY AMAZING AND PECULIAR TREE

My first blog of 2015, is on a very amazing and peculiar Baobab tree.
Looking at its shape and size on the first pic, it appears eventually a very old huge baobab tree, the biggest size among others.

But ....... I would like you to have a close look at it as it has really some stunning abnormal things. Check out also the consecutive pictures on here, to see the details which I let you discover by yourselves for your own astonishment and to ponder how these have been done. I have received it in a mail from my relatives abroad and I wanted to share it with you. I would be glad to have your comments on it.
Thank you in anticipation.
Happy viewing.
Lisa.

Lonelywidow hi,

Welcome to my blog, am so glad reading you here for the first time, thank you for passing by and also for your nice comments. Yes,, the tree is so exceptional really, I wonder how they could have carved so many african creatures on it and the tree still lives. It's wonderful.
May I take the opportunity in wishing you "A Happy and Prosperous New Year 2015". Hope reading from you again.
My kind regards.
Lisa.

MrsJoe hi,

And welcome to my blog again, thank you for your visit and for your nice comments left here. All the carvings are effectively on the trunk of that huge tree and eventually it is very fascinated. It is found in the southern Africa. Those who have carved on its trunk, haven't left any indication of their id but I believe it has been done very long time ago, the tree itself must be more than a 100 years old, the Baobab trees have the longest life among all the trees.
Thanks again for your visit, wishing all my best for this year.
Lisa.
