I eat papaya every morning with my breakfast. Good for my colon. But my favorite fruits are grapefruit, oranges and "mango jade".
Thanks for the info, Lisa. Have a nice weekend.

Tom hi,

Thanks for your visit and your nice comments as usual. Mango is also good as it has antioxidant compounds, it may protect against colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancers. and lower cholesterol as well. I have mangoes trees in my garden, I've eaten lots of them but now the season is over.

Tom, I wasn't aware of the so called Cobertt trying to attack my comments on your blog. Who is he really?. I don't know. You should have left his posts regarding mine on your blog before deleting them, so that I can read them. I have seen his handle on most of my previous blogs till now but there was never any comments from him. It's really strange. His handle seems new on here but yet to know if he himself is really a new comer or a fake one with just a new handle!!.

Thanks so much for informing me about it Tom but I regret not to have read them really. I was busy drafting my above blog last night and didn't have time to read blogs as it was too late for me after posting mine. Plz Tom, if it happens again, kindly leave his posts on there till I read them, then you can delete them afterwards. I would like to know his pesky intention and why. He always visit each of my blog but never commented, it's doubtful. Though I have commented on other blogs too but why he did it on my comments on your blog only, isn't it strange, obvious, intentional and cowardly done?.
Thank you again Tom. Enjoy your day.
My kind regards to you.
Lisa.
