AUTUMN A SPECTACULAR SEASON. Autumn, is a season which gathers all the colors of Spring and Summer, to a spectacular fall. Just before the death of flowers and before they are buried in the snow, there comes a festival season, when nature is aglow. Autumn strips the trees naked, as all the red, yellow, gold and brown leaves float quietly and softly down. Whirling and twirling forming a mosaic carpet on the ground. But when those leaves are stepped upon, listen for the cracking sound. Notice how the trees do not cling to their leaves. Fall is about releasing the old to make way for the new. Silent makes all the sound of Autumn an amazing sound and Autumn leaves are awesome colors all over. It carries more gold in its hand than all the other seasons. On the day when the light and darkness are equal, may you find the balance you need in your life,may you be blessed with prosperity and abundance of many kinds and may you be surrounded by those who love you. Good blog about Autumn, Lisa. Thank you! We don't have this season, and I always dreamed of visit a city, in Canada, for example, to see with my own eyes the spectacular scenery that I've seen only in pictures. I think this would be my favorite season. You're right in calling it "a festival season". I love the colorful carpets that the falling leaves form on the ground. As you know, I like to dream... Recently I made some photomontages of me in different places: red trees in Vancouver, golden-brown leaves in Valladolid, Spain, where my niece lives, and others. Maybe some day I'll post them here....Crazy friend you have here, LOL    Trust in dreams, for in them is hidden the gate to eternity.(Khalil Gibran)

Lisa I always love to look at your pictures. You wrote a nice interpretation of fall. I have maple trees behind where I live. We have been having cooler nights of late and I noticed that the tops of the trees the leaves are changing their colors. The colors this year are vibrant reds. I will try and take some pictures this year when the leaves have all changed color. Nice read Lisa and thank you for posting.

My dear Lucy, hello again, Your lovely smile brightens my blog for sure. I am always happy to read from you on my blogs. Thank you so much for your fidelity my dear Lucy. You as I, love Autumn so much. We don't such Autumn here in my country but we do have summer and winter and in between a bit combined much of the two seasons. But as I have been in Europe, the States and Canada before, I had really admired Autumn there. Those sceneries have remain like a panoramic view in my mind. Hi Lisa: Wow what beautiful pics. I like the pic with the two swans the best. I used to like Fall, but with climate change Fall is very short now and then it's Winter. We used to have four three month seasons, but now it's mostly just a very hot Summer and freezing cold Winter.
