Wasn't really much of a story really, was it? A stupid question, a couple stupid answers, a tweet. I heard about it on a racist AM Radio talk show and your blog ... other than that does anyone care?

Let me see if I get this right...... Tennis has two divisions, female and male...... McEnroe just stated that Williams is the best tennis player in her division? She does not compete in the male division, so what is the problem? It's obvious the questioner was seeking to create havoc and run down McEnroe. This seems to be the way of "journalists" these days! And why would Williams jump into this fray and be upset with McEnroe? After all, he was NOT the one to bring her name up. And personally, I think that magazine cover is in poor taste. Why is it not considered pornography the same as any other nude picture? Simply because she is pregnant? Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

The interviewer baited John McEnroe and he either fell for it..... or it was a set up to promote his new book 'But Seriously' which was released June 27th. How about all that FREE publicity, eh.....

Why not a, "Thank you" for the compliment? What's wrong with being the best female tennis player in the world? The ego in this one is huge!

Well, she is a magnificent athlete.......with a magnificent athletic body, her pregnancy adding to the magnificence.......The Victorians covered the statues of magnificent Greek athletes because they were offended by their nakedness.

Seems to me you're the one not keeping up.........You said "what is offensive is subjective"..........in response to my comment on the difference between nudity and pornography.......sound to me like you are saying that if an image is offensive to someone it is pornography.........I really should have used the pronoun "one" instead of "you" in that case so you wouldn't be so personally offended by the perceived suggestion that you were the one who was personally offended......It is clear by your oeuvre on these pages that you are only offended politically, never personally.......at least that's what you passionately wish us to believe.......

There is a way to find out if he is correct. Match them up with no. 500 and see what happens.
