You might want to check with your wife, because I'm pretty sure she already posted this blog......or are you two really just one person with 2 accounts.....you wouldn't be the first one on this site.........

I agree with most of your blog, and the way the media hypes everything today does nothing to really bring out facts, just opinions and emotions.
IN MY OPINION..... IF a teacher is a trained concealed carry permit holder, and IF he/she wants to carry at school, I believe he/she should be allowed to do so. No student needs to know which ones are, and it is not obvious at all. We have friends who do, can we tell by looking at them?
There are other measures to be taken to make entry into the schools and classrooms more difficult too, and those should be implemented............ but outside of the school shootings, what about other the other killings.
Perhaps we should figure out why the hatred and rage that brings someone to that point in the first place.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

My feeling, nothing gained. Seems radicals have a short attention span and must be constantly fluffed and funded by organizers. In the meantime life goes on as it has for most people. Another small group of new victims won't forget

Yes way too subtle..

Trying to define an assault rifle or an assault weapon.. doesn't mean anything but to deter from the meaning..not expand the meaning.. In the 1994 ban of "Assault weapons.. included the AR-15... not good enough for you..

Well, there's the opposite way to define it..Like what is not an assault weapon..

And again....You're just too stupid to see any other way to define it, with your preconceived notions of how things work.. So who's best to define what is an assault weapon than someone who sells them..?

So Dick's Sporting goods.. has banned the sale of Assault rifles....like the AR-15..
You didn't find any.. because they don't sell them anymore.. they defined an AR-15 as an Assault weapon... but they still sell other rifles, knives and shit.. that they don't call assault weapons.

It's funny how I can allow you to call an AR-15 whatever the hell you want.. but you can't allow me, to call it anything , but what you call it.

this blog, in the big picture, tries to support a "gun culture'.. that I am totally against..Arming teachers.. defining guns...You're welcome to hang an assault weapon on your wall and call it art.. but as soon as you take it down.. It becomes an assault weapon..no matter how you "pull the trigger"..

I find it amazing that you can separate defining an automatic rifle as killing automatically and a semi-automatic rifle ..as just semi-killing.
The only Assault weapon you know....Is the one that assaults my intelligence.

I love how you "get off" with "seman"-tics.. "Ya the Man"

See, there you go, posting as Maisie, but responding to comment addressed to Liszt.............I must say, though, you're pretty clever at keeping the writing styles separate........even the insults are typically Maisie-style......

You put finite limits on communication.. words that have single meanings, ideas that can only conform to the singular definition... Your definition, hung around your neck from a google or a dictionary. When the words I used are to explain ideas, not definitions.

I'm not trying to tell you anything...I'm trying to communicate ideas.. and it's seems it's the ideas that are confusing to you.. It's never been the words you claim to have a problem with... it's been the ideas.

Color it however you want to..
in the past I tried to correct the confusion.. tried to explain the "idea' in different words. but to no avail.... I honestly don't care anymore... that you can't understand... any ideas but your own..

I'm not trying to explain to you.. what is an assault rifle or an assault weapon.. I could give a shit about the words, only the idea of what it is.... It can be whatever you want it to be.. you're trying to explained to me.. what is and isn't an assault rifle...But whatever you want it to be.. doesn't make that universal, doesn't make it the same for ME.....
And that doesn't make ME ....be what you want ME to be.

What's hard for me to believe is that two people who purportedly live in the same house and share meals and intimacies and who both are prolific bloggers on the same site, hold the same or very similair views on most issues and are each others most consistent and persistent commentors, often responding to questions asked of the other and yet, somehow don't share the content of their impending blogs in order to prevent overlaps, repetition and tedious redundancies. . .

Not buying it. The kids could have said no, and more importantly the parents could have said no to "propaganda and exploitation". The movement is real, and even Trump can see that.

Calling it propaganda and exploitation is what I would expect to hear from the Republicans who are slashing spending because they just gave away the Treasury to themselves and their friends.

Putting it on the States to arm teachers ... sure, an easy do nothing, spend nothing, way out...and they can still grub NRA cash.

Arming teacher is a bad idea for several reasons.

The main one, IMHO, is the chance of accidents.
The more guns, the greater the odds that one will go off.

Lisztomania, in case you don't have a dictionary...

Propaganda: information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view

Exploit: make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource)

The kids look honest enough to me, who are they misleading? .. you're the one looking like a phony who just tuned in the Hannity show to find out what your opinion is.

And how are the cops supposed to figure out who the single assailant is with a half dozen others shooting at the same time?

Sounds like an OK Corral scenerio to me.

I'm not talking about bump stocks.
I mean kits that alter the internals of long gun to make it full auto.

Licensed dealers are supposed to follow the same rules.
The more shady ones obviously don't.

What about unlicensed dealers?
