I have always enjoyed going to the movie theater, but hardly ever do it. In fact, I don't think Joe and I have been to a movie more than half a dozen times in the past 14 years.
There is something special about seeing a movie on the 'big screen' as opposed to the TV, especially if it is one that you really enjoy like you did this one. Not my particular favorite kind of movie, but it has made me think about maybe going to the movies again.

OMG, for once we acgree on something. I saw the film here a few weeks ago and must say I was very impressed. A key period of history to be seen by everyone.

I love to read any details about WW2, so that movie sound great. I saw how a famous artist made the different prosthetics and wigs Oldman had to wear and two makeup artists took three hours each day to get Oldman ready. I haven't been to a movie theatre in decades so I'll wait until the DVD comes out.

Very good movie, but the only problem I had was when Churchill became expressive and loud to make his points, Oldman's lower lip looked like he was chomping at a horse's bit. Other than that, great acting.
Have you seen "The King's Speech"?

Both were just OK, IMHO.
I learned from seeing Dunkirk that Spitfires had infinite amounts of 303 ammo for their guns.

There are far better movies about WWII.
