The Hunter Is Now The Hunted!

Quoting Bob "Unlike others who dont like comments to the contrary, I accept all. Thank you."

Then why am I not allowed to post comments on your regular C&P's .

As I said before, many times, you are a very prolific writer....of blog titles.

Ahem,,,er...er..er. downright is one word Blobby and say is spelled like this - say, not like this - same.

The word don't looks much better when its apostrophe is put in place and it passes the grammar cops too.

The hunter is now the hunted indeed!

LOL

Why is Alfie barred from your Blog? He tried to get on it and it said he was barred.

He asked me to comment in his behalf.

Hugs to both of you

I was looking at my settings and it appears that some have been changed by the SFF system. Plus, when I tried to update them the settings would not change. So, it may have been in error. Happy New Year to you both. I miss reading about your travel adventures !

Blobby is very delicate. He deletes every comment I make on his blogs. He "accepts all" as long as you agree with him, and stroke his ego.

Abelle, I didn't realise that Alfie was still banned from my blog. I will remove the ban right away, if I'm allowed to. I apologise for not removing it sooner. We did have each other blocked for a couple of years but that's well in the past now..

UPDATE: I have removed all blocked members including Bobby and five different handles that all belonged to the Leafier.

Thanks for removing the ban, Loth. Great to see you back blogging on SFF again. Keep it up!

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

Hi Lady Abelle, It's great to see you and Sir Alfred here again too.

Thanks to all that responded to this seminal blog that could act as a catalyst for putting an end to someone's incredibly petty nit picking against those he doesn't like.

Hi Lothie: The same few bullies have been hurling insults for years now. They usually get away with it because everyone else knows if they stand up to them they could end up being their next target. I'm glad to see a few brave people are naming these bullies for what they are. I hope Maudie won't mind me saying, but I like your new pic. You are looking younger by the year.

I find it ironic...and you to always be the ACCUSED

That those ACCUSED of bias, self-centered, unyielding, partisanship..

Always have a bias, self-centered, unyielding, nit-picking, narrowminded......ACCUSER.

I shouldn't make his judgment.. but it's how I feel..
The ACCUSED rarely infers about their good or bad relationship,.. I tend to always think their relationships must be good.
The ACCUSER always infers their "good relationship".. And I think..their relationships must be for sh*t. Except, of course, in their own mind..

Nice to see you Bijou. Thank you for the compliment it's the first one I got all day. I do wish you would post a picture of yourself because the reason you deleted your last one is no longer applicable. The one you used to have would go down well even if it's a few years old now.

Thank you Jiminy for explaining all those esoteric remarks for me.

Hi Lothie, Happy New Year to you both.

It seemed to me that I discovered on FB that you appeared upset with me because of your visit to Toronto. Somehow we were unable to email one another or send text messages. You did indicate that your daughter (I believe) tried contacting me but I honestly never received that call or message. How sad!

Hope all is well with you both!

Bonnie, I was never, at any stage, annoyed with you because it wasn't your fault, in the least, that we failed to meet face to face as we had both wanted so much. If anyone is to blame it is my daughter, Caroline, as stubborn as her daddy. When she was (attempting) to send the message to you on the metro train I pleaded with her to wait until we were off the train and out on the street but she 'assured me' that the message had gone through. We waited at Bay St for quite a while and when you didn't show up I knew, almost for certain, that you hadn't received the message. I apologise for that again now because it was as much my fault as Caroline's . I should have DEMANDED that she sent the message again when we reached the street. I can't remember now exactly what went on as we waited but the sensible thing to do would have been to resend the message. It was a shame that the opportunity to meet again passed us by. I was never displeased with you and I thought I had already made that clear.

Hugs

Oh how relieved to hear that, Lothie. I was so looking forward to meeting you both (although I had met you in FL once before, I had never met your lovely wife). Even if Carolyn had been able to reach me, it would have taken me some time to get down there and the traffic can be horrendous at times. In any case, I would have messaged her back. I seldom go downtown on my own, not nowadays anyway (safety has changed tremendously in this city). When I do venture there it's always in numbers! Just sorry to hear that you both had to wander around alone but I do hope the trip was pleasant in any case.

Hi Bonnie, I had sensed that you felt culpable and uneasy about the missed connection and I'm glad to finally have that straightened out. You were totally blameless.

We had a very nice time in Toronto. We viewed the 16 hour stopover as a tremendous free bonus rather than a hardship. On our travels we have often paid big prices for journeys to neighbouring countries that took three or four hours each way and would only allow us three or four hour in that country. To get it all for free was marvellous.

We didn't book a room and we were content enough to spend the night at the airport. We do that at home regularly when we have early morning flights. We went to the left on Bay St and turned left at Yorkville and went in a complete circle through Avenue Rd, Queen's Park, University Avenue, York St, Found St , City Hall and back to Bay St and the Stand for Canada and Toronto signs in coloured lights.

We did deviate into some of the side streets off University Avenue and I took pictures of those signs and every statue and monument that we passed by. We had a meal in Chipotle Mexican Grill on Found St.

There were long lines of seats at the airport without armrests and we were all able to stretch out fully and get a few hours sleep.- not ideal you might say, but we're all very used to that sort of situation. Dublin Airport has the best (overnight) seating of all - long soft benches that make it feel like you're spending the night on one's own sofa.

It's unlikely that we will ever be crossing the Atlantic Ocean again to visit North America but we are flying to Buenos Aires for a week in March. If you ever come to Ireland I will be delighted to show you around Dublin, as much as you wanted, and I have a free travel pass for two.

Oh great to hear Lothie that you both had a great day touring around. It can get confusing downtown, especially for tourists but happy you were able to get some great photos and see some amazing places! Thanks for the offer if I ever come to Dublin. For the meantime, I don't see that in my travel plans but one never knows.
All the best to you both.
