This call really made my day. It gives a person a really wonderful feeling to know that a reader of their work is moved so much they have to call and let you know how they feel.

Alfie...

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

Hi Ann: Wow, Alfie's story must really have been special for that woman to go through the trouble of finding him and calling. I checked Reader's Digest website to see if I could read it online, but couldn't find a link to the article. If you posted a copy for us to read, I'm sure you wouldn't be breaking any copyright laws because articles written by other people are cut and pasted every day on the internet.

Hi Ann: Went out to find the Reader's Digest this morning. I found the June copy and was so excited, but I think Canada must have a different version than the U.S. because there was nothing from Alfie on pg. 124.
