Solstice, a bit late

The or dogs woke me last night around 1:15 am. It seemed awfully bright outside so I got up and went out front and this is what I found! I came back in and got the camera to capture it. No clouds, just clear sky.

I couldn't see the moon at all last night. I guess because my eyes were closed? LOL.
But I know that wonderland you describe....... when you know it's night, but everything is lighted and the colors are muted blacks and grays. It has an awesome feeling.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

This last full moon ?solstice was a special time for me so of course I had to go out and spend time with it. I got a couple of photos that will make good paintings if I ever find the time to get back to it.
