Hell-o weird to have to make a comment to make a blog appear.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Though I don't remember them.

Nope, do not remember that expression, nor three socks in a package. Of course, I'm not as old as you! Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Nope.... They do sell three pairs of socks in a package, but I've never seen 3 socks in a package~~~~ Hmmmmm....

Never heard of them either. Wish I knew where some socks go to though. I have about ten socks at the moment with no match

Honestly, they were a pair and a spare!

I recall something like that years ago. I was thinking it was knee highs that had to be the worst thing that was invented. They cut your circulation off and I would have deep crevices just below my knees from wearing them. Who mends socks anymore. Once they get a hole in them out the door they go. I remember as a kid wearing mended socks and stockings. I can buy socks at London Drugs @ three pairs in a package. It is not worth it to mend my socks the way I see it.

Thank God. For awhile I thought maybe I was the only one in the world to remember them. I lived in the Bay Area of California then. I do realize "they" may have been different in the 60's. LOL
