The Government Can't Infringe on your Constitutionall Rights?????? Honest-to-god. One of our grubers said this. Of course, no one is quite sure what planet skarrif hails from, but this is USA and Earth: the Government can, has and does infringe on your Constitutional Rights. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the point of the Constitution and Bill of Rights? To define them and prevent the Government from infringing? |
