Insiders tell me it for a program to train Ivy-League-Liberal-Arts-PhDs to do something useful. There is little hope of success.

While it isn't on such a grand scale, we have a tank manufacturer in our area that expanded into another plant and is hiring right and left. They will take the unskilled, and train them. Other places are also hiring. If someone in our area is not working, it is because they don't want to work or really can't. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
