Hi Rich, it's good to see you here again.

Some people don't get it, they don't understand and it's hard for them to believe that our own government would allow such things as this to take place, being a Dem, or a Rep, have nothing to do with this, but we do have our Dem and Rep representatives that know these substances are bad for us, yet they continue to let it happen.

I have co-op water here, no hydrofluorosilic acid is added to the water, we get water reports every quarter.

I have a reverse osmosis water filter, gets rid of everything including bacteria. I use the water in my radiator and batteries because it's so pure. After about 3 years with the original filters still being used a guy tested the water and said I had 3 parts per million impurities. I have spare filters, will use them if it tastes bad. Tap water here tastes really bad.

Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

We were introduced to fluride at school at a very age, that would be in the 1940s I believe. As far as I know, we still have it added to our water supply. Australia I mean, but I have no idea if it's all over Australia.
Fluoride isn't everywhere in the US, mainly the big cities and suburbs. I think it was a couple years ago that San Diego, Ca. finally had it taken out of their water because of people protesting against it. We really need to help people become more aware and stop things such as this.

Hi Roxy, you are so correct about those mercury fillings, but not only brushing, but when you chew your food the same thing happens. There are alternative dentists we can turn to now, but they are few and far between. I remember doctors in advertisements on TV smoking cigarettes when I was a kid.

I need to find out more about a reverse osmosis filter, I have a house filter that works very well at getting out the mineral deposits and bacteria, but I change the filter once a year. My water here, according to our water co-op, is spring water, not that recycled stuff, and there are no smells and it tastes good. Friends and family who come in from the city love it!

Also, I went to my dentist yesterday for a teeth clean, all were good, strong and healthy (both of them - kidding). I have not used flouride toothpaste for years. My secret? ...... Ok I'll tell you. Just Bicarb and also an antibacterial mouthwash. Bicarb neutralizes acids which house bacteria and obviously the mouthwash does similar.

Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

Huh, my sister in law and I were just talking about this, glad you brought it up. Another way is oil pulling, look it up if you don't know what it is. I personally use coconut oil. I heard this alternative doctor, not dentist, who was saying if you really want your teeth clean under the gum line, buy a water pick and use hydrogen peroxide in it instead of water, I haven't tried that one yet.

Hi Nile: I wasn't sure if fluoride is still added to our drinking water in Canada, so I checked and it said that it is for 57% of the population. I copied this for your info:

More than 90 national and international professional health organizations, including Health Canada, the Canadian Public Health Association, the Public Health Agency of Canada, the Canadian Dental Association, the Canadian Medical Association, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization, have endorsed the use of fluoride at recommended levels to prevent tooth decay.

In fact, the use of fluoride in drinking water has been called one of the greatest public health achievements of the 20th century by the CDC.

Another thing the government sneaks into our bodies is Iodine. They add it to our salt here in Canada and have even made it illegal to sell Non-Iodized Salt here. We don't even have the option what kind of salt we want to use like you do in the U.S.

Thank you for sharing this Bijou. Iodine is actually something our bodies need, it helps the thyroid, but fluoride is a different story.

Fluoride was used in Nazi Concentration camps and the gulags in Siberia to make prisoners docile and easier to control. I used to think that was a lie, but my research told me otherwise. So looking at that, what does it tell us about all these health organizations? Do they want us dumb downed, sickly, and easier to control? Sure seems that way.

I looked at oil pulling. It may have some benefits but the clip I saw and what I read about it turning white is crap. Oil and water mixed turns white anyway when mixed. In a car engine the oil & or water turns white when there's a leak into the engine or radiator.

It probably has some benefits as there's acid build up around the teeth in the morning but I think bicarb is much faster and I swish that around. Might try it though just for fun, cant hurt. Could rinse my mouth out with bicarb afterwards maybe.

I've also used bicarb in warm water for my battery terminals when they 'suphate up' (accumulate white powder) the bicarb neutralises the acid. When it stops bubbling the acid is gone. Simple mechanics trick. Seeing it work on the battery terminals and leads gives me an understanding how it works on teeth. It must be quick on teeth as the acid build up could not be anything like battery terminals. Thought I'd just throw that info in for fun. God bless.

I can't explain why oil pulling does what it does, but after you do it for a few days, your teeth and gums feel better. I do brush my teeth right after I use the oil, some people don't.

I use bicarb on my battery terminals as well, it does neutralize the acid. My ex used to drink it for his stomach acid. I also found out that if you put a pinch of it in an acidic drink such as coffee, or black tea, it makes it more alkaline. So many uses, can't go wrong with bicarb.

Btw, I used bicarb when I brushed my teeth this morning, though it doesn't taste very good, I liked the results!!
