Or, I can also go look up the style and year of yours. Yep, I think I'll do that, kind of curious about it now.

Aw, I wouldn't sell it either. I wish I still had the Donald Duck bike. The bike was given to my sister by my grandparents for her birthday. Bonnie died at the age of 12, she was 8 years old when she got the bike, so there are a lot of reasons why I wish I still had the bike. What a cute bike . I like its simple design, bright colours and sturdy frame - I had to laugh at the quirky use of Donald's eyeballs as headlights. Who would have thought its value in today's currency.

Isn't it super how one blog can trigger memories of our own? My first bike was a used one and I put a lot of miles on it. Years later, my step dad worked a lot of overtime one month, and bought me a new Schwinn and my sister a new tricycle. My bike was handed down to her when I no longer rode it. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

That's a really nice bike....I would have loved that as a kid......I got my firt bike when I was 11......before that I rode my dad's bike by putting my right leg under the bar, but there came a time when I was too big to ride under the bar and too small to ride over it......My favourite was to sit on the bar while my dad rode his bike......so snuggly.
