I've seen Dr Eric Berg's clips, he's pretty cluey on a lot of things.

Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

He really is, I agree. I started watching one video and ended up watching about ten. That's how I found the pizza recipe. He said to eat all you want, it's the healthiest pizza you will ever eat. I was full after three slices and here I thought I was going to pig out. No way, it's quite filling.

Dr Eric said to put lemon juice in water and drink that during the day. My father used to do that so I now put 2 lemons, 2 limes and a drop of apple cider vinegar into 3 litres of water and keep that in the fridge, very refreshing and he said it's very healthy. I believe it, it brightens me up every time I have a swig.

Making the crust is probably the hardest part of the pizza. We used Newman's Own organic marinara sauce instead of pizza sauce, they are really the same thing. Then we added diced onions, bell peppers, pepperoni, basil and lots of shredded mozzarella cheese. If I had olives, those would have been added to the topping.
The crust is made of cauliflower, shredded mozzarella and 2 eggs. You should watch the video as on how to make it.
I started laughing when he was cutting the parchment paper to fit a round tin pizza pan. I just got a couple of my cookie sheets and laid the paper curl side down, no cutting to fit was needed, we still had round pizzas.

Oops, forgot to tell you the pizza is about the size of a medium pizza, so they aren't huge. My grandson, who is now 15, ate 5 slices, so it's a good thing we made 2 pizzas.

Thanks, I'll have to remember to pick up some lemons next time I go shopping. I used to make a lemon drink years ago, forgot all about it. I'll try the ACV, it has to taste better mixed in with the lemon.
