Joe and I were just discussing the blessings of being born in the USA...... and also the downfall. The downfall is that we have been blessed with so much, that we grow lazy and don't appreciate what we have. We WERE born into privilege ...... the privilege to work hard and make our lives better, through education or advancements in our professions. Our country is full of entry level jobs, and that is just what they are, entry levels..... a stepping stone to better things. Sure there are other great countries with opportunity for their citizens, but this is the one where we were born, so it's ok to be proud of it. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
