Of course not..... NOBODY wants to pay more than they are legally obligated to pay. That's why laws need to be changed. If I want to give more of my income to someone, I chose to whom and when..... and it certainly isn't to the government to be wasted! Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
