Having cooked for a few years,,,,, uh, decades, lol...... I do believe I know the answer to this.
As for cooking this year, I'm not. Not sure what we are doing, if anything. If we go out, it may be for Chinese. If we stay home, it will be a normal meal. If we go to the daughter's who has invited it, it will be bedlam!
So many decisions, so little time.

I am definitely going out for Chinese for this one. I remember when I was stocking turkeys at Wal-Mart and customers would ask me how to cook them. I would refer them to the cookbooks or suggest sites on the web.

Bedlam? Your daughter is going to serve a Serta mattress sheep for Christmas dinner? How cool, I love lamb, but mrsdinty won't cook it.
