A nation of settlers that fought each other. What Americans refer to as the revolutionary war could be just as easily called the first American civil war.

It seems that Mr. Huckabee has taken a page from the Trumpwellian book of alternate history. It is true that some “… settlers who fought for faith and freedom, declaring liberty over life. On July 4, 1776, …against the king of England and it’s army.” But!, This Nation was conceived by many people from many nations, of many colors, of many religious beliefs, who voyage to the new land in hope of finding new liberties, to worship in their own way; others migrated to the new land in collars and shackles to be enslaved by those who came to this new land seeking Freedom, yet took the right and freedoms way from those whom they enslaved. This land, this nation was First and Foremost the land of ITS Indigenous Peoples the Abenaki; Apalachee; Catawba; Cayuga; Cherokee; Chickasaw; Chitimacha; Choctaw; Creek; Delaware; Erie; Ho-Chunk; Huron; Illinois; Kickapoo; Malecite; Massachuset; Menominee; Miami; Mohawk; Mohegan; Mohican; Montauk; Narraganset; Nauset; Neutral; Niantic; Nipmuc; Ojibwa; and so many more. Long before the “White Man” came to this land and whose Freedom’s, Rights, Liberties and Land were taken from them from those who came seeking Freedom. Mr. Huckabee is wrong in stating “Our founders have based our society on Judeo-Christian values that uphold the individual and the rule of law.” What happen to the rights of those who came in collars and shackles, those whose lands were taken from them and whose Island Nation was stolen and Monarchy Overthrown by White American-Backed Businessmen on 17th of January 1893 during his nations Colonial period in the 1800s, Or the Rights of those who disagree with the present Trumpwellian administration regardless of their Race, Color, National origin, Religious beliefs or whom they love. What of their Rights.

Huckabee is one is about doing the right thing. We can all nitpick and find reasons to criticize the United States. We can probably criticize mankind but no of us achieve perfection but we do progress. Abracadabra

It sounds great but corporations hold the power. Campaign donations are pay for representation. The people only get lip service from either party at election time. Get Real. Party On!
