I first heard her sing at 7 years old......She was performing at an outdoor Summer music festival in a park in Oslo......Her dark hair was down past her waist and she was wearing a white dress and a crown of roses in the style of her Javanese heritage......and bare feet......she still wears bare feet whenever she performs......she says that shoes constrict her voice......... She grew up in Oslo, her mother is Norwegian and her father is Javanese....his mother and brothers also live in Oslo....She speaks 3 languages fluently and plays the piano, violin and flute.....She is also a prolific painter. She's 13 now and just won the AGT award.......She has a phenomenal gift.....her range is amazing and she is in charge musically.....even at 8, she knew exactly what she wanted from any accompanists.......Wow!!!...
