TBT ...MAGIC CASTLE

My son-in-law built this as a Christmas gift for their children when they were 5 and 2.......He asked me to paint it to look like brick-work......I used a big sponge........There is a ladder inside going to the look-out on top.....They played with it a lot and in the Spring it was moved outside and back indoors in the Winter......It became part of a tree-house at one point.........They recently gave it to a friend's little boy, so it's still being enjoyed........I could just fit in through the door and they assigned me roles depending on the game of the day.........

I love it. I can imagine the happy hours the kiddies spent playing in there. Lovely to see it's still in use and giving pleasure to another child.

The magic is the imagination that goes into the making and playing in the castle..... and all the memories the children made with it. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
