I was taking these beach photos on Wednesday and I didn't bring my glasses....hence the light is weird....A North-facing bay....really low tide...

Plenty of rocks in those pictures. I especially like the first one with the lovely blue sky.

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

We went there for the tide-pool...There are always fascinating creatures left in the pools when the tide retreats...like Nudibrancs......While we were there, a flock of Tundra Swans flew in formation right over our heads, honking, heading South....I was so amazed I almost fell over from standing with my neck at that angle.....

YOU LIVE IN AN INTERESTING PLACE TO FIND A PLATE OF ROLLS ON THE SHORELINE!!!
I know, right? They must have floated in on the tide ...

I would do almost anything right now for a live Rock and Roll band, some yellow Hashish and a dance-floor....

Wow, brilliant photos, picture perfect. So many rocks and a plate of tasty rolls. Gives rock and roll a whole different meaning.

Would you like your roll with some Oysters cooked in the half-shell over an open fire and drizzled with garlic butter?...

Sometimes Rolls can be hard as Rocks.

...;.......I haven't eaten one for 25 years or so due to being diagnosed with Celiac disease, but I loved baking bread, so I kept on doing it for years and giving it away ....The last to go were the traditional Norwegian Christmas rolls....

I am pretty familiar with that coast line.
It's always interesting to explore or kayak along it.

THE BEACHES IN NICE ARE STONES BUT HERE WE HAVE SAND. THE MED HAS VERY LITTLE TIDE EXCEPT AROUND MID JULY BUT WE DO HAVE INTERESTING ROCKS IN THE SEA AND IN THE MOUNTAINS.

Yes...Kayaking is great....so unobtrusive, the creatures just accept you.
