RUSSIAN JOURNALIST

Just now watched Brian Stelter talking to Russian journalist Vevgenia Albuts in Moscow....She is a seasoned and prolific journalist.... What a lot of courage and strength of character......I wept listening to her proclaim deep shame for her country as it ravages their beloved neighbour.....

She is 100% correct when she said that she warned them about electing Putin, a former KGB agent. Now former KGB agents are in positions of power within the Russian government, so anyone who thinks Putin will be removed by his own people will be sorely disappointed.

I also watched some interviews of captured Russian soldiers, saying that they are shooting to kill those trying to escape because they have been told by their leaders that they are shooting at "neo nazis". Controlled state TV is a powerful tool.

She says that there are many Russians who can access social media, but many who can't....I have been following a couple of Russian sites on Youtube before the war, but they haven't posted since......

All these people in the world don't have access to Social Media for access to the facts and then there are all those who have access, but misuse it by following the conspiracists and liars....what a mad world we live in....

It is a sad world we live in and it isn't going to get any better. There are probably a lot of good people in Russia and are probably fearing for their lives.

It is hearbreaking watching the daily news and seeing all those poor people fleeing from their homes and country, and having to leave loved ones behind.

Several news outlets reported yesterday that Russian government memos instructed Russian media to show Fox News host Tucker Carlson clips as much as possible. It must feel very patriotic for Fox News to carry Putin's water.
