What a beautiful lady Veronica is!! Faces are very difficult, I think. What a wonderful job you did, my friend!!

I love the blue background that you chose, it really highlights the young lady's face. It's beautiful. Strangely, the lady looks slightly familiar...... I may have just seen the painting before. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Oh wow bright... I love this portrait ..... strangely enough I do have a girlfriend here in the area whose name is 'Veronica' (spelled the same way too).. Also, she is an artist & an interior decorator, originally from Europe. A lot of talent in her family which she has passed on to her daughters, one in particular won a scholarship to study in Florence, Italy for a year! I must make a copy of yours & send it to her. I admire your talent so much... your portraits are so realistic!!

Greetings Joannita...Thank you for the kind words and I would like to suggest if I may. You try painting. It is very therapeutic. If you are interested I can tell you how to start. Like your friend says.........when I paint I can forget all of my troubles and feel euphoriac. When I paint a portrait and get a great likeness of the person its almost better than sex.....lol. I hope that you will try it.
