Watch the video closely ---- about the time Trump was raging and making a fool of himself by owning a government shutdown.-----Schumer looked across at Pelosi and winked. LOL
Strong arm negotiation with threats is counter productive with people who have power and can't be fired. LOL

He called in reporters to show the world how he would run rough shod over adversaries and it blew up in his face.

He was elected to RUN the government ----not shut it down. And for the president of the U.S. to threaten a shut down is totally asinine. There comes a time to stop playing BIG MACHO MAN and shut up. LOL

And Pence.---what was that? LOL He was observing our system of checks and balances at work. Hopefully it registered with him but judging by his stone face--
chances of that are slim to none

Now I will have to endure the pain of watching Trump trying to keep up with a teleprompter once again. Reminds me of a third grader in reading class.
