I'm guessing that yes Trump may be indicted after he leaves office, but only if they can prove obstruction. I think it would be fruitless if they can't prove it beyond the shadow of a doubt though. So I really don't think it's gonna happen. Would only backfire on those who accuse him GBU, Gavin

My question and concern is if he gets re-elected in 2020, will the statue of limitations be why he won't get charged?
