Schumer had no intention of a lengthy shutdown.. Thinking about it.. It was a perfect storm. We talk about Trump and what he does.. Well he got a little of his own medicine..Sometimes it's not what you do.. It's how you control the narrative.... Schumer finally controlled the narrative. It was his kind of tweet...getting it out there sometimes is better.. than what anybody thinks it says. So it brought to the forefront with me.., the truth of the swamp, Republicans, and Congress.....Majority doesn't mean success, it means control... To them issues don't matter. just control of the issues. Votes don't matter, just control over the votes. Legislature doesn't matter, just control over the legislature. Those who are complicit in this are the problem, are the swamp. The destruction of our democracy is under way...But they can't complete it.. We won't let them...they are the minority party.. WE are the majority And ironically again.. what they do, can be done back to them.. I hope that doesn't happen, but it seems to me the greater possibility. I know there's is reason not to, but in this case, at this time.. I would advise Democrats to take a stand....What that stand is.. Is that no discussion will be had, with the Trump Administration, or his congressional cronies.. without it being put on camera. if they need to hide what they going to say.. Democrats don't need to hear it.

Why does every discussion need to be on camera? You need to understand that's how Trump operates.. Concessions are okay, as long as nobody knows you're making concessions. He'll make a compromise, only if his supporters don't see it as a compromise.. his supporters don't understand what is compromise, besides giving in, and Trump can't NEVER let them think he's giving in. How do I know that... Well there a forgotten thing about the wall.. it explains it all. Trump when talking to the Mexican president about paying for the wall and making a compromise.. finally said to the Mexican president.. you really don't have to pay, just agree to pay. the volume of things like that, that trump has said.. are just too numerous to mention. every time he switches thing, it what he's doing. I'm just amazed how people ignore it, and accept it. It's simply unacceptable.
