The top 2 photos are the new wind catchers. The bottom one is a chime that I have already done and has been delivered.

Hi Rebel, I like your handiwork - striking/bold designs. Can I ask how the windcatchers work - I find it hard to visualise the pieces whirring around as the wind pushes through/past. Are they also made of light material like balsa wood? Thanks :- )

The wind catchers are two parts. I make two of the same design, cut a notch in both and then place them together. I'll try to post a photo of one to show how they look. I do use thin plywood for them and cut them out on a scroll saw.

Thanks for the explanation Rebel - I can now at least partially visualise what they may look like and look forward to a photo of one of your assembled pieces.

Hi Rebel..........Great work and I love the design but like Lilium I would like to see the top one completed and see the chimes hung. wonderful work and it looks like it takes a lot of time and patience.
