What happened to Rentier1?

Suddenly my Rentier1 handle was no longer recognized by SFF/
I emailed SFF customer service but haven't heard anything.

 Emailing them seems to get a person nowhere...... it takes a call. And then, they will recommend you do exactly what you did, rename yourself and carry on. I still think of you as Bike anyway.
