A Body in Motion

A body in motion stays in motion. Hey, we all get older from the day we are born. Someone once said the leading cause of death is birth! LOL But, that being said, it doesn't mean we have to do it gracefully. We can go down fighting it every step of the way. In other words, don't give up.

I've been blessed with decent genetics so I have been able to keep active since before I can remember. I love sports and being active. Playing!. I am a terrible fan because I would rather do something than watch something. And if you aren't sweating, you aren't trying hard enough. One time, even though I injured a few things in the process, I completed the New York marathon. Needed a long vacation to recover. Today, I spend a lot of time mountain biking. Easier on the joints. Unless you do something and tumble down the mountain. LOL

So not that anyone really cares about this, but I thought if I could inspire just one person to go for a hike or a bike ride its worth the time to share the thought. Rock on!!
