Reverse Paint Dips 2 reverse paint dips I did, dried and a coat of varnish. I like the way these turned out. A reverse paint dip, for those wondering, is putting the base coat paint, and then add all the colors, designs, on top of the canvas, then covering with a damp paper towel, or napkin, then gathering it from the corners to the center and pull it up and off, and this is the result  So much fun to see how each project turns out!  |

The term artist has a very broad interpretation and like beauty, I believe it is in the eye of the beholder. I consider these "paint dips" as a form of art, and as the creator, that makes you an artist. But what's in a word? And who cares for others' opinions? If someone finds pleasure in what they create, then do it. Personally, I prefer the second picture. Perhaps it is the darker colors? The first is nice too, it seems to have an energy flow from the center radiating out. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

what about the beautiful paper towels that show the opposite impressions? you should post a bounty on them. (no pun intended dear) you know ALL TO WELL...…………………………….…………………. BLINDED BY BEAUTY WAS A MAN NAMED ART BLINDED BY FUMES FROM A MISGUIDED FART GRABBING HIS HANKY HE NEEDED RELIEFT THANK GOD FARTS ONLY LAST VERY BRIEF!!!
