The news media daily competes present us with the most shocking and sensational news possible fill our short attention span with sound bites and images. I agree, but with the media blasting at us day and night, it's hard to see the goodness. It's so true.... if it bleeds, it reads. People seem drawn to the gory and negative, and the media amplifies it. Perhaps it's time to shut it off, and look around at the people in our area of the world and try to focus on the positive and we can do to help others. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Sandy, I don't watch mainstream news anymore. Like you, I listen to medical experts on the alternative sites, and scientists of different faculties who are silenced. Btw, more and more countries are now not only critizising but also ending the pcr tests, thus quarantine and lockdowns. Portugal stopped this craziness last week. Sure, what the World needs now is more crazy Conspiracy theories.....I sure wouldn't trust anyone who thinks the Pope is a reliable authority on anything......except perhaps how to bully a choir boy to jerk him off.......

The first sentence in this blog could have been said by anybody. That Benedict said it does not validate the words. Second, I am NOT a blind follower and look for sources of information that can be trusted. I have learned long ago what the tools are to trap the people. The bait sounds promising, the wake-up is bitter. The real fascist will always say that he is the antifascist. Did you read the Marx/Lenin manifesto? The signs are written on the wall. You and yours quickly grab the word "Conspiracy" to kill all arguments. What did the organizer and head of the World Economic Forum say in Davos? "In 10 years nobody will own anything. And they will be happy." Now you can contemplate what kind of happiness he meant.

I love the season of Advent, and I'm really trying to stay positive and hopeful.
