YET THE DOJ SKATED ON CHARGING HUNTER FOR THE REAL CRIMES
The dam is starting to break” on the Biden family corruption, multiple New York Times best-seller author Peter Schweizer said during an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday.
Schweizer, a senior contributor at Breitbart News and president of the Government Accountability Institute, spoke about the recent Hunter Biden whistleblower revelations.
This is really, really important. The dam is starting to break — truly the first time you’ve had somebody from inside the government who has said, ‘Wait a minute, the way this is being handled is wrong,'” he said, praising the whistleblowers who could otherwise retire and have comfortable lives.
“Based on what they’ve told us, is that under ordinary circumstances, Hunter Biden would, right now, be facing indictments not only for tax evasion charges, which are felonies,” but also for violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), Schweizer explained.
“The U.S. Attorney in Delaware wanted to bring charges in both of those areas and was blocked by the Department of Justice (DOJ),” he said, explaining that the revelations also reveal that the DOJ not only failed to do its job but applied a different set of standards to Hunter.
“We’re gonna call the person that is the subject of the search warrant. We’re going to call their lawyer and let them know a couple of days in advance that the search is coming,” he said, speaking of the special treatment issued to Hunter Biden.
Describing it as an “enormous breakthrough,” Schweizer added, “I don’t think these whistleblowers would come forward, except for the fact that this is true, and as they said, all of this can easily be corroborated based on correspondents and based on the information that’s available.”

Schweizer also weighed in on the new statement issued by a White House Council spokesman, who now said President Joe Biden was never in business with his . The author described this as the “continued erosion of their position.”
“When we first exposed, in 2018, their deals in China, their initial response was there are no deals in China. Then it became well, there might be deals in China, but Hunter Biden didn’t make any money in China. And then, of course, that. So you see this continue to erosion,” Schweizer said, also pointing to the defense of the Biden team on Hunter’s involvement with Burisma.
“The defense from the Biden team was always this was a legitimate enterprise, as Hunter is a highly trained lawyer and an international businessman. Now their position has evolved during the same time period to say, ‘Well, look, Hunter was a drug addict. He didn’t really know what he was doing. He didn’t really know what he was saying,'” he said.
“The point is, they are flipping and flopping because they know that the noose on this entire enterprise is starting to tighten. And I think that this is going to have major repercussions not just for the Biden family, but for the 2024 election,” he said, adding that he would not be shocked to see someone such as California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) jumping into the presidential race “not just on some of the questions about where the President is mentally because of his age, but also because this scandal has legs.”
Indeed, recent surveys indicate that the American electorate view Biden himself as corrupt, “involved with his in an illegal influence peddling scheme,” and Schweizer also pointed to that fact.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy is backing an effort by House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to expunge former President Donald Trump’s two impeachments.
Stefanik and Greene introduced proposals on Thursday to expunge Trump of both his 2019 and 2021 impeachments.
Greene’s proposal is to expunge the 2019 impeachment, writing that Trump was “wrongfully accused of misconduct.”
“The Democrats, led by Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff, weaponized a perfect phone call with Ukraine to interfere with the 2020 election,” Greene said. “Meanwhile, the FBI had credible evidence of Joe and Hunter Biden’s corrupt dealings, confirming their involvement in a foreign bribery pay-to-play scheme and receipt of over $5 million each.”
“All of this information was revealed to Congress by the FD-1023 form from the FBI’s most credible informant,” she continued. “The form vindicates President Trump and exposes the crimes of the Biden family.”
Likewise, Stefanik’s proposal over the 2021 impeachment related to January 6 states that “Democrat leadership in the House made no effort to understand the rationale behind the widespread mistrust harbored by American voters in the wake of the 2020 Presidential election.”

GEN FLYNN IS THE FUTURE DEFENSE SECRETARY UNDER TRUMP IN THE SECOND TERM

This week, however, the judge in the case Flynn v. US has ordered that the venue will NOT change and will remain in Florida.
General Michael Flynn, a retired United States Army lieutenant general who was the 24th U.S. National Security Advisor for the first 22 days of the Trump administration, is suing the federal government for $50 million over the Justice Department’s criminal prosecution of him.
General Flynn was forced to resign in 2017 following screaming reports that he had lied regarding conversations with Sergey Kislyak, a Russian diplomat. This was while the Democrat Party, and highest levels of US intelligence. concocted an attempted coup to take down the sitting President based on what they knew was fraudulent accusations that Trump was Vladimir Putin’s stooge.
General Flynn was collateral damage.
After he was set up and removed from White House, Flynn was persecuted by lawless Judge Emmet Sullivan in a case that was dropped by the DOJ. But for months afterward, Judge Sullivan refused to dismiss the case.

President Biden reportedly shocked a group of U.S. officials after openly discussing sensitive information regarding the Chinese spy balloon with a room full of donors.
On Tuesday, the president told about 130 guests at a fundraiser in California that Chinese President Xi Jinping was embarrassed after the U.S. shot down the Chinese spy balloon off the coast of South Carolina in February.
"The reason why Xi Jinping got very upset in terms of when I shot that balloon down with two boxcars full of spy equipment in it is he didn’t know it was there," Biden reportedly said at a private Kentfield home on Tuesday. "No, I’m serious. That’s a great embarrassment for dictators when they didn’t know what happened.
U.S. officials in attendance were surprised by the president's remarks at a campaign event, according to the New York Times, which reported that an anonymous source confirmed Biden's comments were accurate.

Joe Biden’s 2024 campaign fundraising is reportedly not going so well.
A dozen bundlers and donors across the country told Politico that Biden’s campaign fundraising numbers are not as strong as he hoped, causing “anxiety,” “concern,” and “nervousness” among his supporters
But two people who tried to raise money in California for the president this week reportedly only received single-digit responses:
One joked that the same two or three dozen Democrats were emailing and calling the same list — guaranteeing the low return rate they saw. An email from one fundraiser informed recipients of “limited Reduced Price Tickets” for Biden’s fundraiser Monday evening in tony Atherton, Calif., a development they attributed — dubiously — to “the demand to see the president.” The person who forwarded the email, perhaps ironically, balked at buying a ticket.

Another Biden bundler described the struggle to sell the high-dollar tickets for a Nashville event this coming weekend with first lady JILL BIDEN. While the less expensive tickets were an easier sell, the fundraiser said the city’s top Democratic donors were stretched thin given the competitive mayoral and city council races taking place in August.
Biden is a notoriously poor fundraiser, having struggled with it during his prior presidential bids. But the good news this time around, as he seeks to raise $2 billion this cycle, is that he has time and little immediate need to spend. Not having a primary allows him to sock cash away for next year’s bruising general election.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer’s (R-KY) probe into the Biden family’s business will lead directly to President Joe Biden’s “doorstep” in the coming months, Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute (GA President Peter Schweizer exclusively told the Breitbart News Daily podcast.
On Tuesday, Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to two federal tax violation charges and one violation of gun laws, essentially triggering the end of the Justice Department’s probe into the president’s , according to Schweizer. However, the Oversight Committee’s probe into the Bidens remains ongoing and capable of uncovering wrongdoing related to Joe Biden.
I can’t go into detail, but there are ways and things that the committee is in the process of subpoenaing that are going to lead directly to Joe Biden’s doorstep,” Schweizer said. “As we’ve always said from the beginning — it’s not a Hunter Biden story. It’s a Joe Biden story. And there are some things that are in the works that I think are going to bring us a treasure trove of information to demonstrate exactly that.”
“I have reasons to know on a personal level that several, at least two, Hunter Biden cohorts — that are people that were in deep, close business partners with him — are actively cooperating with Comer’s committee,” Schweizer said. “These are people that were in the room that were partners that knew what was going on.”
Schweizer outlined a few of the angles that Comer’s probe must continue to investigate. The first angle is Hunter Biden’s attorney Kevin Morris, who met Hunter Biden in 2019 after the Hollywood lawyer donated to then-candidate Joe Biden’s presidential campaign. Reports suggest that Morris funds Hunter Biden’s legal bills. Schweizer raised concerns that Morris might accept money from a third party to pay Hunter Biden’s legal bills.
“We have to keep in mind that Kevin Morris is a novelist, but he’s an attorney. And attorneys can engage in all kinds of, you know, legal legitimate behavior, where they’re doing things, but they’re actually doing it on behalf of another party,” he said. “So when people say ‘Kevin Morris loaned him the money’ or ‘Kevin Morris is paying his bills,’ that’s true.”
But it could also be that Kevin Morris is representing somebody who is actually the one that’s paying the bills and there’s been no clarification from Kevin Morris or anybody who’s actually doing this and why they’re doing it,” he added.
“This raises a very serious question about influence,” Schweizer continued. “Why is Kevin Morris doing it? What does Kevin Morris want out of this? Because I don’t think it’s altruism. So there needs to be further investigation about that and I think Kevin Morris needs to be asked: Are you doing this on behalf of a ? Do you have an escrow account that somebody has set up that they are funding and are you writing the checks for or is this actually your personal money?”
If he evades the question and says, ‘I’m not going to answer that question.’ I think we generally know what the answer is because it is,” he said
The second and third angle Schweizer expects Comer to investigate is Hunter Biden’s banking transactions and business partners.
“I’ve been actually pretty encouraged by what Comer has done so far. I know a lot of people are saying, ‘Why aren’t you going quicker? Why aren’t you putting the stuff out there?’ What they’ve done is they’re doing what prosecutors generally do. They’re first gathering the material,” Schweizer said.
Under Comer’s direction, the U.S. Treasury and banks complied with Comer’s subpoenas to hand over financial records. Comer also subpoenaed Devon Archer, one of the partners, who is in talks to testify before the committee.
Second level thing they’re doing is they’re bringing in the Hunter Biden associates guys like Devon Archer, some of them are actively cooperating with the committee. Some of them may not and you need to subpoena them and bring them in,” he said. “So, then you get the cohorts and the partners, then you go to the inner circle, the inner sanctum, which would be Hunter Biden and James Biden, et cetera.”
Lastly, Schweizer said Comer’s investigation must end with legal recommendations to prevent politicians from enriching themselves by using family members to conduct foreign business deals.
