Patriot Place

"How stands the city on this winter night? More prosperous, more secure, and happier than it was eight years ago. But more than that: After 200 years, two centuries, she still stands strong and true on the granite ridge, and her glow has held steady no matter what storm. And she's still a beacon, still a magnet for all who must have freedom, for all the pilgrims from all the lost places who are hurtling through the darkness, toward home."

—Ronald Reagan, Farewell Address, January 11, 1989

Some people are so uber-sensitive these days. Take ET, for example. She wrote a rather inane blog about a simple comment made by HER President, Donald J. Trump, while he was in Europe attending the G-20 Conference. You might catch a glimpse of it here before she deletes the blog with all comments: ~~~> [post 206201]. In the blog, ET asks the readers for their opinion but then proceeds to chastise them for giving it. In fact, she is so cowardly as to actually BLOCK some bloggers (me in particular) for bringing attention to her commentary hypocrisy.

First of all, she attempts to nail Maisie, a woman who most of us would consider to be an intellectual giant in comparison to ET, for straying off-topic in a blog comment. She then follows with her own ridiculous comments about the length of Ivanka Trump's neck. How this had anything to do with HER President's comments in Europe is beyond comprehension. It is, however, typical liberal misdirection and diversion. You can lead a to water but you can't make him drink...because the Russians hacked the waterhole.

My question was pretty straight-forward, asking simply "What does the length of Ivanka's neck have to do with your post? " Her replies (three consecutive ones), stated the following: "It gets conservative's goat when not everyone fawns over the Trumps as if they are god-like, doesn't it? Trump is FAT and SLOPPY, too, ok?" This bit of genius was followed by "Now, YOU tell ME what your comment has to do with this post?" Finally, she dropped the ax on my commenting career when she said: "You're going to have to make a blog of your own to hammer me back. So there."

As you wish, ET.

Three replies in a row to a plainly asked question. She shames over-weight folks and insults HER President and HER President's . It makes you wonder who got whose goat, doesn't it?

I wonder if she made such a big deal out of the Obama error extravaganzas during the past decade? Nope, because ET is the same hypocritical liberal sackapooie she always was. Maybe we should remind her of some brilliant remarks made by HER idol - Barack Hussein Obama. I doubt she has them highlighted in the stack of his photos and magazines she allegedly keeps in her bathroom.

For example:

Obama tells business owners and entrepreneurs “If you got a business, you didn’t build that, you didn’t make it on your own.”

During what Obama himself calls “2nd Great Depression” and “worst recession in 70 years,” he has played over 100 rounds of golf, staged 110 fundraisers and gone on 5 vacations.

Obama proved he is out of touch when he said “Sometimes I forget the magnitude of the economy.”

Obama Caught telling Russian leader, ”Don’t worry, after I’m re-elected I will have more flexibility” to disarm the United States.

Obama press secretary says, there’s no specific reason the president hasn’t met with his jobs council,” after not meeting with them once in the last year!

During worst recession in 70 years President Obama said, “the private sector is doing fine.”

Obama calls the British Embassy the “English Embassy.”

Obama calls Navy Corpsman (pronounced 'core-man') “corpse-man.”

Obama says there are “57 States.”

Obama claimed that “America built the Intercontinental Railroad.”

Obama says that he bowled a 129 and compared it to the Special Olympics.

Obama said, “John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith.”

On Memorial Day Obama said, “I see many of the fallen heroes in the audience here today as we celebrate Memorial Day.”

In a speech in Kansas Obama that said, “In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. Ten thousand people died—an entire town destroyed,” –referring to a Kansas tornado that killed 12 people. Oops, a bit overstated?

Major Blunder: Obama toasts the Queen of England while the Orchestra plays the UK’s national Anthem, “God Save The Queen."

Obama Signs wrong year the London’s Westminster Abbey quest book. Off by 3 years.

Obama joked, “I don’t know what the term is in Austrian” for “wheeling and dealing.” There is no Austrian language!

Obama said his “Obamacare reforms we seek would bring greater inefficiencies to our health care system.” I'd call this one a major Freudian slip in all its glory!

Obama bows to world leaders - world leaders bow to ET's President, Donald J. Trump.
