The lawsuit was over before it even got started, but if you read between the lines ...................Fox News admittedly assisted Donald J Trump in insurrection / treason on Jan 6th 2021 .......kind of a big deal in my opinion.
As it stands Fox News gets off with an easy payment of 778.5 million dollars to Dominion ... not a heck of a lot of money.
But as things often go with "thief in chief" Donald Trump, I'm pretty sure this isn't over.

“What kind of person can charge another person, in this case a former President of the United States, who got more votes than any sitting President in history, and leading candidate (by far!) for the Republican Party nomination, with a Crime, when it is known by all that NO Crime has been committed, & also known that potential death & destruction in such a false charge could be catastrophic for our Country?”

The most interesting thing to me about a State of The Union address is watching Washington's finest Politicians as they stand, applaud, whine, cry, suck and blow in accordance with what's being said ......... And you get a chance see what they ACTUALLY STAND UP FOR
Republicans claim to be a populist Party now .. but last night Republicans didn't STAND UP for working class Americans when Biden addressed increased rights for Americans in the workplace. And they didn't STAND UP when Biden addressed our right to Organized Labor.
The Party of the working-class .... yeah right Hank
In fact, Republicans have always been the Party going to bat for Big Business, Global Business, Outsourcing ... they are the Party of the "one percent" and they showed it last night. They didn't even STAND UP when Biden addressed collecting taxes from companies and elite individuals who make billions and pay ZERO TAX.

I can't think of a more appropriate day to remember the Kent State Massacre than January 6th ...
Four Kent State University students were killed and nine were injured on May 4, 1970, when the Ohio National Guard opened fire on a crowd gathered to protest the Vietnam War.
Their CRIME was standing on the lawn at THEIR UNIVERSITY ... and not moving when National Guard told them to leave ...

The last time Republicans had control of the House of Representatives, Global Business got away with more than two trillion dollars in Corporate Welfare WITH ABSOLUTELY NO MANDATE FOR HIREING IN THE USA ...... as dictated and signed into law by Donald Trump.
When Barack Obama was President, the Republican controlled House voted MORE THAN SIXTY TIMES TO REPEAL OBAMACARE .... AS IF Obama was going to sign it into law.
