Laws always about rules and punishment..
But the rule of law is different.. 's about the application of the law.
the rules that protect the innocent.

I'm tired of listening .. Voter suppression, Racism, Black rights, Police Brutality, White Supremacy.
Although we come along way and still a long way go....that's not the issue right now..
The fight has changed.
's not about Building Back Better, or making better, or making more fair.
not about what we can win.. 's about what we can lose.. 's not Changing America.. about keeping America from changing.
Blacks want and deserve a better life.. but if you think this fight is about getting that....'s a fight you could lose.
This isn't going be a status quo if we lose this..
What you could lose by losing this? Is far greater than anything you think you can win. Get on board with saving our Democracy. Understand you will the greater if we don't.

When we became a country... voting was assigned landowners.I let you decide why our forefathers decided that... but whatever you decide that reason is...label prevent voting fraud.
Laws on equality.. don't make people equal. People make people equal.
Those that believe was voting fraud in 2020, and support Trump..Support the idea that any Universal voting is voting fraud. Voting is the fraud.

Someone I hadn't spoken for awhile asked me... What's new?
same shit.. different days..
The shit flies, the time flies.....and most of the time my flies open.
People tell me.. I should "zip it up".. but I'm losing my "filters"..
When life becomes faster and more of a "pisser'... and you are getting slower...
You need 2 be prepared.
I also leave the toilet seat up all the time.. and don't pick up my underwear, socks, or my feet. so that really hasn't changed!
I also still put on my pants one leg at time.. just takes a lot longer. I tried buying and wearing "New Balance" but the "sneaker" didn't work
I get 2 binge watch series over and over again... like their brand new.
I never throw anything away. if everyday I would throw away something I wore IT would take 5 years for m e2 die naked,
So I keep thinking.. I''ll never have 2 do laundry again.
A good day is when I go 2 bed not wearing the Same thing I got up in.
The funniest things.. happen when you're old.. At least that's my way of dealing with it.

Military, Biden and Afghanistan

It's amazing watch the hearing on Afghanistan.
First the honesty of the military people..
Second the Republicans asking questions that are entirely designed 2 point the finger at the Biden Administration. 2 not discover the truth but a political value.. Not The truth that needs 2 be determined so mistakes made, can be corrected.
You can agree or disagree.. but 's all pretty simple..
No American in Afghanistan didn't have an opportunity 2 leave.. in fact in mid August they could leave at the expense of the American people..
The idea of taking out Afghan nationals who helped Us.. is very limited.. but expansive in the undertaking, as most Afghans want 2 be evacuated.. are not those that helped US.
In fact the problem and the lack of success of the mission can be directly a result of those who allegedly helped US. They helped for their reason, that has nothing do with HELPING US.. And more important they never understood that helping us was not their job.. but the avenue to be able to help themselves. Corruption, lack of integrity, honesty, and ideological disagreement..
Those that were not like that ....after all that happened, still believed the could effect change, and had no desire to leave.. Those are the Afghan people that actually helped US
So I feel no responsibility for all Americans of most Afghans... They had choices..
Other may feel responsible for them..
It regards 2 the military.. The military doesn't understand the political implications for what they believe they CAN DO.. They pretty much think they can do Anything .. so for them everything is on the table.
What history tells us.. is we are militarily superior.. But almost all our military actions are reactionary.. From 9-11 2 the suicide bomber in Kabul... We NEVER lose militarily
Biden decision was get out of Afghanistan... period! The idea of how 2 do that, was not about military or civilian goals.. it was about the future.. getting out and staying out..
All the advising done by politicians and the military.. were dismissed by Biden.. if those actions could possible continue our involvement in Afghanistan.. Nothing had a greater potential 2 keep US in the war.. Than American boots on the ground.. that were under fire and killed.. That singular would make our reaction 2 leave Afghanistan nearly impossible.. Of Course, the military doesn't see it that way.. That's their job. The retaliation would be severe. but still, US lives, as with the suicide bomber, would have been lost.. That singular event brought Us the closest we were staying ... and with More troops and retaliation would mean future troop deployments could be lost..
The idea of the US being FORCED out of Afghanistan.. BY force.. was an impossibility'
Biden sole purpose was assure that would not happen.. He succeeded
Biden made choices.. that had the minimum possibility of Us staying . no so much protect the lives of those at the time, but 2 protect them as best he could.. but protect the future lives, by any actions which would surely continue the war.
