MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday U.S. Democrats had impeached President Donald Trump for "fabricated" reasons order reverse his 20 election victory.
Putin, speaking his annual year-end news conference, said he expected Trump survive the proceedings and stay in office.
The U.S. House of Representatives voted on Wednesday impeach Trump, but Putin, like most observers, said he expected the Republican Senate acquit him.
"It's unlikely they will want remove from power a representative of their party based on what are, opinion, completely fabricated reasons," said Putin.
"This is simply a continuation of the (U.S.) intra-political battle where one party lost an election, the Democratic Party, is trying achieve results using other methods and means.
"They first accused Trump of a conspiracy with Russia. Then it turned there wasn't a conspiracy and it couldn't be the basis for impeachment. Now they have dreamt up (the idea) of some kind of pressure being exerted on Ukraine."

However ,Trump began his disgrace.. with his election..prior to that he would have been just a footnote.. he has built upon his disgrace...With his successes.. not his failures..

Their infamy is based on their success, not their failure. The success of Evil over Good.
Without it .. they would be footnotes in history also. There have been many who tried, who's infamy has never become known.. And in their failure..they are the one who have succeeded the most. It's a strange irony?

There is an agreement...The Public doesn't not consider this impeachment as an important matter.. worthy fo debate and discussion.
Don't you wonder why?
well it takes two sides have a debate..And although each side is set their ways.
Trump supporters cause the issue.
Democrat would love debate Trump supporters on this matter.. I know I would,
but it's not possible.
Trump's support is not based on facts discuss..
As Trump supporters into News, Witch hunts, Hoaxes, and Conspiracies. Their is nothing discuss.
One needs ask..Do Trump supporter really believe it, it's entirety.. Or are they just using it avoid any rational discussion. Either way it's self defeating
No one is discussing impeachment.. because there is nothing discuss.

It becomes virtually impossible to explain facts, to be logical about what the fact IS..After its already happened.
I will no longer do that..
I will discuss events that we agree Happen.. Without being factual about what that event means.
I will discuss the possibility of what it means...I have sort of been doing that..but I haven't made it clear.
I will discuss what we agree to be true... Then give my OPINION of what it means. But I will tell you, My opinion won't matter, if I can not predict what my opinion will result in.
So I wll give my opinion but you will wait, to know results. to know if I am right.
The Senate impeachment trial..
The facts.....It will be brought to the floor. It will be discussed in the Senate.. We will only hear what we have already heard. and the Senate will, as quickly as possible, take the vote. VIRTUALLY Every Republican will vote against impeachment.
There is a scheduled meeting between McConnell and Shummer to discuss the Senate procedures.
Although Trump said he "WANTED some of his Administration to testify...TRUMP LIED Not a single one will.
What will be offered is Rudy Gullianni.. for Biden and Schiff and the Whistlebolower.
Rudy Gullianni went to the Ukraine last week, to prepare his testimony..I beleive Rudy has obtained sworn statements from Russian agents... Not to prove Trump's innocents but to prove his own.
I don't think that "deal" will be made, No one hasn't already testified will be asked to testify in the Senate hearing.. That's the deal that will be made.

It begins before the election.. and Trump asking Russia for help
it goes to.. Trump indicating Russia has some rights to Crimea
Trump refusal to accept Russian interference in our election
Trump obstructing anything that would prove it.
Trump siding with Putin over our own intelligence agencies.
Trump siding with Russian corruption of the Ukraine and withdrawing from the European allies agreement to support the Ukraine. Trump telling us he wants Europe to contribute more to Ukraine defense. He put Sondvold , the EU Ambassador into the Ukraine+- . And Sondvold, about European contributions never testified it was done, or anything he had done to achieve it, and it was NOT a part of his mission to the Ukraine. The EU Ambassador was NEVER instructed to get Europe to contribute more.
Trump allows Russia to renege on a short range nuclear missile deal.
What did Trump care.. those missiles aren't aimed at Us they are aimed at Eastern Europe.
Trump goings ballistic on Iran's blockage of the Straights of Hormuz and the capturing of foreign vessels Yet never a word when Russia blocked the Black Sea and captured Ukrainian vessels.
Trump not saying a word when Turkey bought an air missile defense system from Russia. That had Europe up in arms. Then within a month Trump turns his back on the Kurds and allows Turkey to enter Syria.. Then not a word when turkey and Russia make an agreement and divide up northern Syria.. Not a word when Russia takes over our military bases in Syria.
Not a word, when all this talk about the Ukriane... Has forces them to deal with Russian Ukrainians, have a meeting with Putin, and face the reality of accepting what Putin wants as Ukraine can't count on US support. the war in the Ukraine will be over..and Russia will have won
Trump not supporting ANY sanctions against Russia.. Trump feeding Russian influence in North Korea. and the middle east, and Eastern Europe.
Trump not doing anything to secure our elections for 2020. from Russian interference.
Trump not telling Us what happens in meeting with Putin and his ambassadors are about.. Not allowing anyone to know.. and forcing US to depend on Russia and it's media to find out.
Trump not getting involved as Russia goes into other countries and MURDERS it adversaries.
And you fools think Trump is loading up the courts to get policies through..He can't do it fast enough, not for policy,.. but for his own protection..these judges he is appointing are a sham.. these current court are shoving it up his ass.. if Trump gets his people in there it will take a civil war to get him out.
All this this is not interference, it not Lies, it's not emoluments, It's not the swamp

I think anybody would understand how abuse of power is a partisan issu8e..
The issues are all politics..Trump cannot abuse his power
but any Democrat that would do the same would be abusing their power.
Let's take election interference..
This democrat impeachment is and has been about foreign interference. It an absurd reason given the state of this country.
Election interference, of any sort. is not a political partisanship... it's the swamp.
it knows no partisanship.
It's partisanship can only be divided integrity and honor. Both parties do it
Republican have the idea about winning is that they need to infer with elections more than the Democrats do
Someone needs to say this to the Republican congressmen.
There is no way They can find fault with any election interference..
When it is part of their DNA.... that an elected official ,to represent those who elected him, not only has the responsibility but the Duty of election interference..
For Republicans the idea, is even taken to the legislature
Election interference can be defined as gerrymandering, voters restriction, voting right, voting elitism....It has been defined that way by the Republican party for my entire life.
It is all election interference.. the idea of our democracy for Republican has been buyer beware.. there can't be inference unless you buy it..., and if you buy it, it's not interference
Their idea of the court making determinations of questions here is all well and good. Democrats state the urgency.. It can't wait for court decisions.because the cat will be out the bag.
When the real urgency is not Trump's interference with elections but the Republican senate stacking the courts..
The president asked Ukraine for a favor.., that's it. That all it takes to abuse his power
Trump asked the Ukraine to investigate the the 2o and 2016 elections and the Bidens. That all it takes to interfere with election.. don't NEED quid pro quo, bribery, or extortion..
But the real issue is this..The Ukraine didn't do what Guillianni wanted. That Trump also wanted. The affront, which demanded the favor, was that Trump needed to ask the Ukraine twice.. The message is to never allow this President to have ask you twice.
The results of this. is not about the Ukraine.. It's about every other country on this planet...
It says never have Trump ask you for a favor.. Do Trump a favor without being asked,. If you want something, or need something from America, don't ask, just do trump a favor
The firing of Yovanovich was not to grease the skid.. as they are telling you.. It had nothing to do with that. Corruption in the Ukraine was all Russian sponsored, developed, in itself, to interfere in the Ukraine self determination.. It was never Ukraine corruption that Trump was fighting.. It was the hiding of Russia corruption...Yovanovich knew it. Yovanovich was going to fight Trump dismissal of Russian corruption. That's why she was gone. that why they had to smear he.
The facts are. the Bidens had nothing to do with Trump's actions. Republican were just using them as an excuse and to smear them.. If True..Then open their own investigation, Take the Bidens to court.. THE Bidens don't have Presidential immunity.
Republicans don't do it because they don't have a case.. They do it.. to give Trump a case. and an excuse.. and an interference
The Bidens the whistleblower, schiif, pelosi ,The carreer officials, and the FBi.. had nothing to do with Trumps action about the Ukraine.. They can not provide any factual evidence, or esculpatory to defend TRUMP It doesn't matter what you think of them Love them or hate them and doesn't change a thing

Nobody runs people over LIKE TRUMP... And nobody throws people under the bus LIKE TRUMP. I'd tell him...he needs to get his driveby straight.

Bill Barr was interviewed..
And granted, he wasn't as offensive in his arguments as the Republican congressmen, who aren't worthy of even a discussion...
But it will behoove Democrat deal with Barr's comment
In his arguments there was one glaring prejudice.. One clarifying argument.. needs determination
The question one needs ask Barr.. Is whether or not in regards investigations, and accusations..... is the President held higher standard than any other citizen.
Is the evidence needed proceed with an investigation of normal person insufficient investigate a president.
I think it's evident , the investigation of Carter Page.. was sufficiently predicated.. No need being a Trump associate, or a Steele Dossier.... Carter Paige was not primarily a part of something.. Cater Paige was a rogue agent.. the highest bidder.
but the question posed by Barr is .. was investigation sufficiently predicated if it involves Trump.
We must discuss Barr's point.. and Truth of it.. is Trump above the Law..at least SOME extent more than anyone else?.... Barr obviously thinks so. Barr separates Trump from other people.
Granted there are SOME things about a President, makes a president somewhat less vulnerable than a normal person.. but those things are specific. the welfare of the country.
Barr assumes. it's absolute, Barr assumes the the welfare of the President is ALWAYS going be... in the welfare of the country.
The idea Trump can accuse the intelligence agencies of Treason, bias, false information, and a Deep State without any evidence.. Make him immune the same accusations, with what Barr would consider, not any evidence , but insufficient evidence? Trump gets do it with NO evidence. We can not do it with even SOME evidence

I know Democrats don't want get down and dirty..with Republican Congressmen..
As republican congressmen call Schiff and Pelosi names in regurgitating Trump.
That they character assassinate witnesses. As they ignore all evidence contrary their position..
As they fail admit..That if only factual witnesses make a difference.. Why they wish depose non factual witnesses, and do not wish depose the only factual witnesses available. That their obstruction of justice is the same as Trump's obstruction of justice.. the condone obstruction, because they do obstruction.
Democrats try maintain the high road.. Try not them in the shins when they do what they do.. Maybe Democrats are right, maybe getting down and dirty with Republican Congressmen doesn't get it done.
But all I can say....I can't take it anymore.. some Democrat needs stand up and Chew those SOBs out a new asshole. Call them names, accuse them of being treasonous, lying, self-serving, manipulating..

It's tough in the political world to condemn a politician who hasn't completed his task.
It's is imperative that Republican Senators take the vote and put their name next to NOT impeaching.. It is imperative for each state to get on record each of their Senators reason for that vote.
During an election year.. their is single focus on WINNING the election. The idea of how you go about doing it, has no meaning if you don't WIN. You do whatever it takes to destroy your opponent. I am not so naive to believe I can change that.
It's way too much to ask. It regards to MOST Republicans, that is a not a conflict..For SOME Democrats it is.. But here's the rub..and the reality..It will not become a conflict to ALL Democrats. They will choose to destroy Republicans. Simply because they have legitimate ammunition, of non-impeachment vote and their complicity. If wearing blackface or sexual misconduct years ago can be use to dissuade voters..I can't imagine what the evidence of complicity with Trump will do. It will NEVER go away for them.. Democrats will make sure of that.
That's what we are confronted with here. The failure of Candidates to see beyond the NEXT election.
I said a long time ago this impeachment was going to be a failure about Trump. Trump is a known.. And even in knowing, He will not be impeached. but in knowing in the knowing will be impeached
This impeachment of Trump.. has always been about the Senate. The impeachment of Trump, has always been about cleaning out the swamp. not the ALLIGATOR, but he weeds.
The shortsightedness of Senators, can get them re-elected..But it will be the last time, for All them.
I know some Trump supporters may think, that somehow this could get better, that somehow it could all make sense. But it can't and it won't... There's is only one thing I am sure of about the future..It will all come out.. there is NO way Trump will be cannonized...He will be cannonballed.
There will come a time , in the future, the truth will be known. History will NOT be kind to Trump..
When the "drug deals" goes sour, and the hand grenades blow up.. Senators who, now, vote not to impeach.. Will be cleaned out of the swamp... both the Senate weeds and the "Trumpagator".
