The hearings where a challenge for those giving evidence..For the most part they were amazing.
I know very few of you understand it.. How the Republicans rolled in this inquiry and how the witness responded..
Question and Statement posed almost all Republican is what they entered into evidence.. In search of witnesses to misinterpreted the question.. and expose themselves with their answers.
These people gave testimony were smarter than most. They understood the peril of the question. It a way that conforms to what they do everyday., not to be caught in the question.
In most cases their answers dispelled the question..but in being careful and indirectly dispelling the question.... Nobody was listening, and the question became the evidence.
The statements, where evidence is ignored.. and the statements that contained evidence not in Admission.. became evidence.
The unfairness of this hearing was was based on their saying, they have the right to confront the whistle-blower and the Biden's and taken their statements.. It's amazing that you people can be that ..This misdirection of this hearing of IMPEACHMENT is to put the whistleblower and the Bidens on trial... Granted they have that right, but not the right to put every single witness on trial, then simply misdirect an put the Bidens on trial. Which was the purpose of the quid pro quo in the first place.
Lyndsey Graham has requested the FBI and DOJ do an investigation of the Bidens about the Ukraine..absolutely do it.And it doesn't take a genius to realize that wth this President and this Attorney General it hasn't already been done..
I say do it.. Do it to Bidens and Do it to the whistleblower.. But don't do it FOR the President. Don't do it Like it meaning something in regards to this impeachment. Don't do it to misdirect from the president..Don't investigate the president's EXCUSES.
If you want to do it..Do it because it's stand alone, Do it for America, NOT FOR TRUMP
This is design and aimed at Trump supporters and Senators... Where THEIR truth is trying to make an appearance.. It becomes the appearance of TRUTH.

Some of you can't do it, others can't admit they can do it..
But don't be fooled everybody can do it.
Everyone this drama has done it.. they only questions becomes when they did it..
Those involved in Ukraine policy did it immediately. Those not involved did it as soon a Gullianni became the point man.
In 20, Gullianni first express his concern about Ukraine involvement in election interference and the Bidens... Publicly.. As much as Gullianni tried get traction with.. It wasn't working.. Gulianni dealt with both American and Ukraine officials in expressing his ideas.
Ukraine in 20 was very familiar with Gullianni ideas about them. The Ukrianian and American diplomats were familiar with Gullianni's positions. but they too did not give it credence.
Gullianni may have then been confronted by Trump as not getting it done.. and Trump was going to need to get involved. But Trump knew he could not trust anyone to expand on Guillianni's idea.. weren't already prison.
So the idea of a new government, a new president, foriegn aid, and meetings.. were hatched by Trump get traction on Gullianni ideas.
Ukraine and our ambassadors aren't .. and putting two and two together was easy as soon as Trump made Gullianni the point man. Ukraine knew, maybe not ALL the specifics, but they knew what Gullianni was expressing since 20 was what Trump wanted. and trump would not give , unless they did what Trump wanted. It didn't matter if it was military aid.. They knew Trump wouldn't give anything, the NEW President, if Trump didn't get what he wanted.
the Ukraine had make a decision.. who America has the power? Ambassadors, Congress , the secretary of State , the courts, the people....OR THE PRESIDENT
regards evidence. this is also an article of impeachment....Not the evidence, or the reason.... The Ukraine is a reason for impeachment.. Because what the Ukraine saw in America TODAY.. Is ONLY the President has the POWER...
Of the people... by the people.... and for the people.. in America was just a bunch of malarkey.. There was going to be no difference between how they deal with Putin and how they are going to have to deal with Trump;

We talk of what is the right thing, doing the right thing, bi-partisanship, compromise, explanations... In regards to these hearing.
WE talk of ONE bad apple spoiling the whole bunch..As a defense for other "bad" apples.
Like Trump is making them do it..
What exactly are they doing? Well it's an entire "bad apple" contingent.
It's so fricken bad that even those that COULD appear to be "good apples" are rotten to the core. And as I search for "good apples" I can not find one.. I thought Will Hurd could be a "good apple"...But a "good apple" who will not spoil the bad ones.. A good apple that conforms to the bad ones certainly isn't a "good apple" ..
People here would think I am biased, partisan, and agenda ridden... I am not....not to any extent that it effect my reasoning...I don't care what label any of those people wear..
The disgrace is in the division of the groups....that labels have nothing to do with.
The division is in the questioning not the answering.
The division is the grounds for impeachment.
A congressional hearing... Where half the people are in search of a truth.. and the other half are in search of a Lie..
In a court of law, and the rights of a defendant to an attorney.. It's an appropriate method of defense.. The search for a lie that could stand up. but even in a court of Law, there is a line between the search for "alternate facts" and the search for out and out Lies.
The search for alternate facts, doesn't dispute the facts in question, but tries to explain them in a different light.
In the final straw.. it is the out and out lies that ignore the facts and try to create a different reality.. Short of admitting GUILT.. It is the final straw of evidence , beyond a reasonable doubt, of GUILT.

The idea impeachment involves a single impeachable offense.. is petty far fetched.
The overall, evidence is not about an event.. it's about every event. It's commonality. Lies are not about the Lie.. It's about lying, The truth is not in the fact... it's in the telling.
Republican understand there is corruption.. but their ability differentiate is the issue.. The corruption exist the extent there is ONLY corruption..... there is no higher purpose.. So corruption, is no longer based on moral grounds..
And corruption is only a measure.. OF who and what is corrupting for Whom? .
When it comes Trump.. we have much better base understand it..the moral versus the pragmatic.the lack of morals..
But...the truer nature of the problem is the Trump supporter and many other Republican and some Democrats..The View of the pragmatism of WINNING..the pragmatism of immigration.. the pragmatism of the economy, the pragmatism of taxes, the pragmatism of voting rights, the pragmatism of racism, and the pragmatism of America First, and making America Great. The pragmatism of corruption.......And the pragmatism of their OWN lives...
When it appears they are burning up OUR democracy.. When they are just burning up.. THEIR and OUR moral grounds
Which in the history of America..is the greatest Irony, and hypocrisy of any political ...How their moral battle against corruption becomes corruptions. Fighting the fire with the fire.. Until the only thing left is undistinguished and indistinguishable FIRE.

From a Liberal point of view.. We constantly bicker over the premise that The trump supporters has no basis for their Trump support.. they can't make a legitimate argument for their position..That would condone the rampant corruption of the Trump administration.
Barr gave a speech the the Federalist society...that has a possibility of explaining, legitimate support for this president.
The speech is portrayed politically and defining a Liberal "witch hunt".. but that too.. is bias news....as It wasn't..
Agreement or disagreement that chooses political sides..is the issue.
And so the gap widens... of our only ONE sided Constitution..
My only example of this would be the Anthony Scalia argument..The strict Constitutionalist versus a living breathing document.
Agreement or disagreement MUST be mitigated with our agreement that it's only a One sided argument.
Yeah I know I'm way "over your head " here...
I have disagreement with Barr's conclusions.. as I have had with Scalia's..but as it refers to the one-sided argument there is no disagreement.
Let me explain Barr's position..And why he does, what he does. It not up to you to agree or disagree it's just up to you to understand..
Presidential power and the balance of power..without the rules of law, without certain agreement to that.. there can be no balance of power, just a continuing struggle as to who's got the power, and it's implementation that goes beyond the powers given the constitution
The Constitution.. deals only with the balance of power... Power of the president as to "checks", NOT balance......Those checks can only be made as to the legality of the action of the president as it relates to the Constitution. The President is given complete power... other than those limited checks, as provided in the Constitution..the idea that Congress or the Judiciary can Expand those limits of their checks is Unconstitutional..
So what does that mean? with Trump's Presidential Power... Why does the Constitution not provide a remedy?.
Well in Barr's mind it means that a criminal intent of a president can not be distinguished.. As long as a President operates with the confined of his powers.. his intent can not be questioned. In certain area of presidential power, like national security, his power is unquestionable.
Barr's concern is that..... We are now eroding Presidential power.. A power designed in our Constitution. And WE are eroding that power, and it's against our rule of law.
Barr will make it evident and emphasize that he will perform any duty requested the President.. that under the Constitution , in Barr's opinion. is within the power given to the President.
but in my mind....even though the president's intent may not be questionable to Barr..
I give no such right to BARR.

Trump talks of a witch hunt....It's a diversion, of course, not about the witch hunt.. but which witch we are hunting.
the talk of corruption... and that the Ukraine being one of the most corrupt countries is true..
It's true...because Russia has made it so..
There might be a lesson there about our own corruption.
It seems Trump has brought the fight against corruption.. to those in Ukraine and US who fight corruption.. I know you won't bother to check it ..But I have..
In the last ten years the corruption in the Ukraine...Was all under Russian Influence.. It was to the benefit of Russia.... Barisma. is entirely Russian corruption, not Ukrainian
I don't know the motivation, qualifications, or interest Hunter Biden had in taking the Ukraine job.. Don't need to... because I know the Ukraine's motivation. whether or not Hunter Biden was a just self-serving. a figure head, an American Plant, or a corruption participant.. Doesn't matter.
Hunter Biden, as with other new Board members, were NOT under Russian influence.
There was a New sheriff in town. And before he could do his job...He had make sure the Old-back stabbing ways were stopped. Even if that would expose The Ukraine to the backstabbing from allies,.......better allies than enemies.

Trump would have you believe nothing was happening with his dealings with the Ukraine..
Let me ask Trump supporter... If Trump asked to be paid 10 million to help the Ukraine for him to release the aid..Would that be illegal?. Would that be quid pro quo, extortion, or blackmail?
And if you reply.. It not the same, it's hypothetical, and an IF.

How stupid for anybody to believe the quid pro quo was Aid for an investigation...The investigation had nothing to do with it. Listen to the hearing, read the transcripts.. this was NOT about the Ukraine doing an investigation.. It was about the Ukraine President making PUBLIC Announcement..that they were doing an investigation.. the doing it had nothing to do with it..
What we failure to realize is the mileage Trump gets in making accusations, that is not entirely off the wall.. but accusations that has a basis people can hang their hats on. an "alleged investigation" is their MAGA hat
This was NOT about the Ukraine actually doing an investigation.. it was about ANNOUNCING IT... Trump would take care of the rest of it.
So how is that 10 millions dollars worth... It wasn't about the Ukraine giving Trump 10 million dollar it was about Trump being able to stick 10 million dollar back in his pocket. It would be talking points, and advertisement, and propaganda ...Trump wouldn't have to PAY for.

Trump supporters have indicated that this impeachmetn will only get them to "dig in their heels. For Donald Trump.
That may sound bad for Democrats.
But Democrats will tell you that removing Trump is NOT about the 2020 election.
My last blog..was title "Sea of Uncertainty."
With the uncertainty that Democrat could be successful, and the impeachment allowing Trump supporters to dig in their heels because of the impeachment of Trump.. It may seem Democrat aren't being very smart.
WRONG!
The sea of uncertainty..applies to things differently..
America and many Democrats are uncertain if Trump supporters are dupes, complicit or participants.
The impeachment of Trump, will be overwhelming FACTUAL evidence and Constitutional evidence of it validity... The impeachment forces people to vote.
Voting is not being duped, or complicit... It's participation.
The fact that Trump will be exonerated.. will do two things, first, it will loosen the heels of his his supporters...and second it will identify who participated in ignoring the evidence and voiding the Constitution.
That idea that a criminal is found not guilty.. doesn't make the criminal not guilty.. What makes the criminal not guilty is those who participate in the not guilty verdict.
WE have failed to identify, but a small of Trump support, that participates in Trump being above the law. This impeachment vote will identify ALL those who think that way.
So, in the election of 2020.. This may have little effect on Trump's electability, because that's pretty much stuck in the mud.
But Senators who vote for acquittal, inspite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.. will lose votes. They will be blamed for releasing the criminal... and it will flow downhill to other Federal, State and local election.
The idea of this impeachment, politically.. is not to impeach the President.. but to impeach his supporters. Those who believe in the evidence, will dig in their heels..
It will become the ONLY issue in 2020.. The defeat of the participants, who believe Trump is above the law. and wish to void our Constitution

We live ina sea of uncertainty.. There are those who wantto save US and there are those who wantto keep us there.
If we have toworry about our own lives sinking.. how can we worry about others?
The Truth of impeachment .. is Protecting our Rights as Americans..
The POWER is GIVEN, and not taken.. and once given, can be taken back.
The sea of uncertainty is not a result, but a plan. our "National Security" can NOT override.. When in fact .. the sea of uncertainty.. is ALL about and Everything about our "National Security"
Our "National Security" and "Trump's Security' has become an oxymoron...A commingling, a conflagration of Lies and propaganda. keeps Us inour Sea of uncertainty.. I don't want totell you.. What it is... good or bad... besides telling you...YOU don't know what it is.. Except, it is an American uncertainty.
Trump needsto be impeached for obstruction, As he triesto remove our most basic rights and leaves US ina sea of uncertainty..And is the overwhelming factor, to NOT protect our "National Security"

A Klobuchar nomination..
I know you can't see it.. but i do ...There is too much established loyalty in the Democrat party now for each candidate..that will provide a negativity to the leaders.... As each Candidate withdraws... No established loyalty is going to get their vote, or they would have already been there. Those that are positive to each candidate has already been established...the negative is going to take over.
There's nothing to talk about Klobuchar that's negative..And when it becomes time to talk .. it will be positive. That's what the undecideds and vanquished will see
The only candidate who has no negatives, and has no loyalty to oppose..... is Klobuchar.
