Seriously.. all one has to do is think about it...to know what it is... what Trump does.
To review the sentencing of Cohen... 3 years.. Mueller recommended leniency for his cooperation... Southern District NY recommended to throw the book at him..for his non-cooperation..
What do you think that was about? Cohen fessed it up to Mueller in regards to the Russian investigation.. but held back with SDNY..in regards to any and all "Other" crimes.
It's one of clues that Cohen was NOT just going for a reduced sentence .. He would only "give up" Trump.. I thought it strange when it happen..... but I now.. I know..
SDNY asked Cohen about his father-in-law.. He wouldn't tell them about that... for a reduced sentence..He was willing to spend more time in jail ..than rat out his father-in law
Trump knows it....He knows it all.. including the possible crimes Cohen's
father-in- law has committed with Cohen.

We all should understand CHOICES we make them everyday..I have made a choice to write this blog.
There are CHOICES ... we totally make on our own....choices that are influenced...choices forced between two things, neither of which, would be your own choice.. And Choices that are made, not for the choice itself, but the outcome.. And choices that are immediate and choices that a longer term decisions.
It's important to understand how we make choices.. so that we may understand how other people make choices.. How almost all choices will fit a description above.
We are confronted with a choice between a WALL and Shutdown.. first one needs to understand what those thing are..
The wall,, except in Trump's mind, is undefined, In Trump's mind a wall is a completed barrier.. a partial barrier is not really a Wall in Trump's mind.. but, it someone else's mind it MAY be different.. a partial wall can still be a wall..
A wall is not a wall until one builds it... A completed wall for a border is not completed by just funding it .. it has to be built...That takes time, in the case of the Southern border wall it's going to take YEARS.. for a Completed Wall.
The estimated cost for a "completed wall" on the Southern border is 70 billion
The Shutdown... is defined, can be understood, and impact is immediate..
The first decsion is to define the positive and negative impact of the choice you can make..
Is Trump's wall and the benefits you see from a "completed" wall somtime in the future.. worth the negative immediate impact of a shut down.
Which brings me to the point of my blog.. Is who choice is it?.. Who's made the choice and is making the choice.... Republican or Democrat or Trump?... The Wall, or the shutdown?

Barr asked that we trust him... I do..
Let me talk about a few things.
I know who I trust as soon as they open their mouth..As soon as they do something.
Maybe it's just a feeling.. but I don't thinks so, I have spent doing it..... It's about looking at intent and possibilities..
What we got to understand is the trust and not trust.... as to what Trump and his supporters do..... is all about agreement.. I can not do that. ....They trust Barr because they think he agrees with them????? I don't agreement for trust..
Obstruction of Justice for a President is not criminal.. but is impeachable. the DOJ can not charge a sitting President for obstruction of Justice....Mueller knows this....
What I heard from Barr about Congress.. Was don't ask me to do your job.......DO YOUR own job..and I'll do mine..
There are people in the Justice Department I trust... almost all of them. People past and present in the justice...may not agree with BARR but they all respect him... That's enough for me..
The people in the Justice,, may disagree, but their commonality is too strong.. to make disagreement the issue.
Seriously when it come down to Barr... I trust him.
In looking at possibilities...
There's far less a chance that Trump is using Barr..
Than the entire Justice Department is IN on Barr's nomination...is in on getting rid of Whitaker....Is in on moving this investigation.. Is in on playing Trump at his own game.....That in reality Trump isn't nominating Barr.. but the DOJ in nominating BARR.....They drew straws and Barr grabbed the short one..
Barr is wearing the wire......Rosenstein suggested.. just a different KIND of wire. Barr is playing the Trump game.... he's not lying to him... he's just not telling him the truth.
Sending TRUMP the Memo.. For What?....Think about it? WTF?
Maybe wrong.. and it's neither...but I'll choose the latter ..if I have to make a choice.......
No other nomination to the intelligence agencies or DOJ.. did I trust to stab Trump in the back... and if I didn't trust them and THEY DID.. but I trust BARR.. What the hell do you think that means?

My mind has flipped the switch this weekend..
It's no longer consumed with the Trump era.. I managed to put that in my back pocket.
My focus, now, is almost entirely on the post Trump era.
To move on.. I need to ignore the pain of what's happening..And think about preventing the pain of what's going to happen..
I know the time will come.. when Liberals will be dancing in the streets.. singing "Ding Song the witch is dead"...but I won't be one of them..
There's is too much work to do, and more sacrifices to make..
My certainty of Trump's demise...makes talking about it unproductive..
The certainty of it. makes it silly to hang my hat on it...When it happens.

So we have it.. the conspiracy theorist..
I don't know what specifically the counter intelligence investigation knows..
I know what it doesn't mean....As to open one REQUIRES EVIDENCE.. To maintain one REQUIRES evidence
The idea that the evidence that's effects Trump Administration People.. That's is trying to infer of Trump's involvement.. That idea of that is the witch hunt.. To INFER.....
In that inference Trump says There was No COLLUSION.. and it's a conspiracy
This has changed it.......
It now goes the other way around..
THE EVIDENCE is Trump's Collusion... and the inference is to his people....that's what it takes to open a counter intelligence investigation.. All those people Mueller has indicted.. every single one them...Has got caught, not because of their collusion.. but because, of Trump and Russia.. They don't prove Trump's guilt.. Trump's guilt proves their guilt of collusion.. Those indicted, except for maybe Manafort, did the deed....
but didn't have the intent.. Trump and Russia were moving the pawns.
This is NOT a conspiracy.....The evidence of Trump collusion and obstruction.. will no longer be indirect..We think that collusion and obstruction are separate.. Collusion with Russia to get elected. An obstruction to protect Trump's election and his people
But this changes..... When the obstruction becomes the collusion..Collusion to get elected NO LONGER MATTERS. It's only a tiny fraction of what this means

I know people think a liberal hack.. That I don't trust Republicans.. and that I hate Trump supporters.
But that's just not true.....I honestly just disliked Trump.. not as a President but as a human being..
I thought People got caught up in it.. people like Flynn, and Cohen amd all the others..
I thought that Don Jr and Kushner...were going to get caught up in it too. I thought all of them were going to used as leverage.
That justice for Trump was going to be his resignation or impeachment.
Never did my mind even accept the possibility, until tonight.. that Trump could actually go to prison..irregardless of either his resignation or impeachment.
That POSSIBILITY... became POSSIBLE tonight
This is SERIOUS Fricken business...
Honestly I didn't see it coming.. I gave too much credence to what I knew, and not enough possibility into what I didn't know..
You got THE PRESIDENT...You got to have an idea, in the POWER ...of what that means...You got the DOJ, The FBI, The CIA, The Courts, and Congress...
WE will hear the excuse of a conspiracy... BUT in America... in THIS democracy, and OUR institutions... is not possible to that extent to exist... to make it a viable conclusion.
What i learned tonight is that The FBI, CIA, DOJ and the courts were all in agreement to a counter intelligence investigation of the President.
The evidence for even that possibility.. far exceeds anything we have understood up to this point..
It is simply beyond my imagination.
IT could just write itself... a sequel to the "Manchurian Candidate"
That's it.. it over..There is no saving this...It doesn't matter anymore.. Republican bail next week.. the writings on the wall.
Collusion to be elected President.. is the LEAST of Trump's problems now..this is jail time stuff..

One needs to understand the Republican Party today and what's going to happen before 2020..
Democrats look at what's already happens.
Republicans need to look at what's happening Now and what's going to happen.
Although, Trump and many of US have believed it to be ...Trump's Republican Party.. That's just NOT true today.. and certainly will NOT be true.. in the next months.
The Republican Party is defined by the Trump base.. not Trump''..Trump's base has taken over..With or without Trump that base will retain control until 2020 Presidential election..
What we have believed that isn't true.. that Trump, may have controlled at one time, but NOT today...Trump doesn't control his base... His base controls him...His base controls the Republican Party.
The idea of a Republican Party made up of a conglomeration of "special interests".. is no longer valid... It's changes our world of politics..for the Republican Party to NOW define itself
The once idea of a "Big Tent" has turn into a REVIVAL MEETING...Brother Love's.. Traveling "Salvation" show..At a time of political drought.

A recent poll says that 32% polled... think Democrats are responsible for the Shutdown..
Never has a poll identified "Trump's base" as well as this poll. It definitely indicates Trump's bottom line....of people who are capable of believing LIES.. no matter the evidence.
They also say "Guns don't kill people. People kill people".... But for those 32%... there is an exception......If Trump pulls the trigger on the Shutdown

I have spent two years trying to figure it out.. and last night I finally did.
I feel kind of stupid about it.. It always been right in front of my face..
I have been played.....
Words matter to me..whether words of agreement or disagreement..
through my entire life....Presidential words matter.. WE give deference to the President.
That words matter and his words..spoken..... have to have validity..
In disagreement, We give deference to those who beleive like we do.. that words matter and Presidential words have the most validity. We try to convince those who support the President the error of his words...
So we challenge the presidential words... such as humanity, crisis, illegal, wall, need, and truth.....WE believe in some validity to the presidential words, even in our disagreement. We question how those who support the President can't see our side of it, or ANY of ourTruth of it.
Much of the Trump support comes from people... is indifference.. to word meanings. Not having the time or inclination to even think about it...That support is indicative of those who don't feel the need to defend Trump..They are the silent underpinning of his support. They find disagreement with a President, they voted for to be Un-American.. Words matter.. but Trump words become their words and Trumps meaning become their meanings.. It's the American thing to do
But there are people who vocally support and defend Trump...They write about it and talk about it..Those people are different, Their reality is different.. So we argue, but get no where with the argument....and we try to figure out.. how to get to them.. how to show them the truth..Like if we can find the key.. we can turn them.
They hide their truth....A truth changed in the destruction their American Dream. That has been reinforce by the Republican party, That has made America a conspiracy and a corruption. And in that final realization.. That in America...
WORDS DON"T MATTER.
