I wrote this on beth's blog about abortion.
Since it was her, and she is not one of them. I had stuff to say to them, that would have been inappropriate on her blog.

There are so many other issue where the premises of abotion apply, that no one deals with, with the same vigor. In fact the hypocrisy of so called pro-life people, is evident even here. oh heck especially here. (Beth I am not including you, but virtually everyone else here, who supports you)

Think about it...

capital punishment
collateral damage from wars.
famine,
natural disasters,
exposure,
toxicity
even healthcare, healthcare applies just as much.

let's not even bring up the potential from global warming,

it all too easy for these people, when they are not on the line, when they don't have to go out of their way, When they just get to be decision makers and not doers.

We let people die........ "oh too bad" they say, "that's the way it is.".

Anti-public health care
capital punishment advocates
gun owners
anti foreign aide.
Anti-government intervention,
Anti- doing anything about global warming
bomb the shit out them, kind of people
some people don't deserve to live people, kind of people

All every single damn one of them is Pro-life.

They'll say that people who die, in the realms of their belief, have control, and make their own decision, and are thus are responsible.
Where as an unborn does not have control, can't make their own decisions, and are not responsible. They are responsible to make the decision for them

I say BULLSHIT.

I think most of us Liberals and Conservatives can agree Trump is not the face of the Republican party. Way to much of a loose cannon. It fact, one can also say Trump got elected because he wasn't the face of the republican party. .He was the face the people choose not the established party choice. I'm not faulting that just reporting it.

Dividing the Republicans into four group

Wealthy fiscal Conservatives,
Tea party fiscal conservatives
Christian moral conservatives
Alt- bigoted Conservatives.

Each group has separate interest as to what they expect from the Trump.

As much as Trump is not the head of the Republican Party, he will embody them.

Established Republicans will be forced to accept any success of Trump Presidency as theirs, In fact they will overplay the successes and credit it to the Party more so than Trump presidency. (Trump won't like that). In so doing they will also have to bite the bullet on the failures, as much as they will try to just pin those on Trump. The divide will continue to grow. As to who gets the credit and who gets the blame.

Wealthy fiscal conservatives......Although many will be happy with tax cuts. It will change when Trumps stops the idea they can continue to take from poor to give to rich, as there's is just not enough money there, and starts stealing from the rich to give to the richer. Most of wealthy fiscal conservative are going to step back from the Republican.Party because of it.

Tea party fiscal Conservative. Although taxes are not the primary issues, most of the not wealthy tea party people will see taxes increase and debt increase.
The primary issue for the tea party is getting government out of their lives. Trump will not do that in fact, in different than current ways, there will an expansion of government intervention. Tea party conservative won't be happy with Trump, and that will reflect on the Republican party..

Christian moral conservative, think they will have it, Presidency, congress, and the supreme court,...... what are they actually going get... crumbs, crumbs so small in fact they won't be able to taste it. Republican party will blame it on Trump and the Liberals.....You can only go to that water trough so often before it turns sour.

Alt Conservatives, have two choices... scurry back under the woodwork or actually believe they have some power, If they actually believe they have some power the Republican party ain't going to be good enough for them, ain't going to go far enough for them. They'll be looking for their own psuedo-Nazi party to establish.

Anyway, this all becomes live game, of a shooting match, against the Republican Party, Lose one and it's a world of hurt, lose them all and there will be no Republican party. They won't be able to control the game with Trump, and that will be their demise.

The Divide in America.

I just read a great article on the divide in America.

A few point and conclusions. I came up with

First political lines in this country have historically been divided by income. That's no longer the case.

Ideology which many of us feels is important, is no longer of primary importance..

Income is still important but not in the same way as in the past. Rural income, Suburban income and City income all present different issues. City income is the commerce, and the growth, and the power.
Surburban income is being held by a thread.
Rural income, is just the step sister, waiting for Cinderella, before midnight strikes

Rural income and the lack of power turns to community, family, and church. The other area simply go about their individualistic way. Individual given their particular circumstance, identify with certain ideology, not as a group but as individuals, As individuals they want to be heard about their particular concerns, not everybody else's.

But it's the rural communities that are screaming what about us!, what's to become of us, as they simply whittle away. Sons and having to move to cities for work, conglomerates taking over farms and businesses, small towns falling apart and disappearing. Communities that created stability destroyed.

They are the ones that wants to make America great again. They are ones that don't just want change, but need change, they are the ones that row the same boat.

Although Trumps is not answer for rural America. Rural America at least is getting some answer, even if it's the wrong answer..

The elections over.. what Now?

Of course people who vote for Trump are happy, people who didn't aren't unhappy.

But we need to forget that for second and start anew. The election is over Trump won. It's over.

From time it was over, til now, what Trump has done as President elect, regardless of whether or not you voted for him.... Who's happy about it?

I say once you get over the elation of the victory, very few people are happy.

Now, I don't think the way most of you think. I try to see beyond the obvious.

First I think Trump is a smart guy, maybe not all upfront honest, but a smart guy anyway.

He knows how you're suppose start and to do a job, to your best benefit.

As most of you get a new job, you put your best forward.. You're going show them what you can do..... Bad idea.... You should only do what's expected and no more.
As you get into the job you work your way up to your best foot forward and your best effort. It's a matter of expectations of your employer, go great guns to start and the employers expects it, if you can't maintain you could be in trouble.

Well like I said I think Trumps a smart fellow., unhappiness now from everyone is a good thing... he can only make them happy. If they are already happy he can only cause them to lose it.

Low expectations bring happiness, High expectations bring misery.

So i think Trump is starting a new job, That's obvious,
But the job of getting elected is gone, it doesn't mean a thing to him.

Romney.. Where art thou?

Been doing a lot of reading and listening about Trump choice for Secretary of state.

I don't have a in the race so I don't care who he chooses.

but there are really interesting characters involved in this.

To try and understand it we got to begin at the beginning.

Gov. Christie was to be in charge of the transition and potential cabinet appointees.
That changed and Trump named Vice President Pence, to take over those duties.
Christie was thrown under the bus.

It appeared from the remaining loyalist, Juliani was the front-runner

From what I have read it appears, Pence recommended Romney, with idea not only could he do the job, but it would mend fences with the Republican establishment and Congress.

So there was Romney and Juliani.

Kellyanne Conway, spoke against Romney, interestingly though she said, she did so with the permission of Trump, to voice that opinion. She basically said she doesn't shit first, without asking Trump.

Now Trump has thrown in Petraeus. The general that was forced to resign for an extramarital affair, and possible abuse of his office. . (Wow, those sexists really stick together). Trump has basically pardoned him, and relieve him of any wrongdoing? Hillary, where are you?

So here we are at the crossroads of what's going to happen.

Regardless of what actually happens, This appointment is going to say a lot.

Interesting conclusions...

The one surprising nomination will be Julianni, unless the truth be known, and that is this nomination event has been totally staged.

Romney nomination, will give a lot power to Pence

A Petraeus nomination would give the power to Trump, and say he just going to do what he wants

Another interesting sidebar is that this nomination is being played out in public, where most of these kind of things are done behind closed door. Why is that?

Well for some they could believe it's about transparency
I don't think so..... maybe showmanship, maybe some sort of propaganda.

Overtime Rule 2

This is my second blog about the "overtime rule" is design to prevent companies from the right to work salaried employees who make less than 47,746.00 a year, m ore than 40 hours a week without paying them.

My first blog attempt was to discover the reasoning that was preventing the "overtime rule" from taking place.
No one responded with the answer.. so I researched it and came up with the following, because maisie wouldn't tell me.

Paul Ryan...".This regulation hurts the very people it alleges to help,” he said. “Who is hurt most? Students, nonprofit employees, and people starting a new career. By mandating overtime pay at a much higher salary threshold, many small businesses and nonprofits will be unable to afford skilled workers and be forced to eliminate salaried positions, complete with benefits, altogether.”

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) called the rule “misguided meddling in the economy.""The rule will force employers to waste time and resources logging hours,” he said in a statement. “It will also require workers to fit their lives into a mold that bureaucrats impose, not what works best for them."

"The challenge this poses for employers, both in terms of time and expense, is daunting,” Jade West, senior vice president of government relations for the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors, said in a statement.
“But the real victims of this new rule will be those well-compensated workers who will now be required to punch a time clock and lose the workplace flexibility they have enjoyed and which is so important to women and men who struggle to balance their responsibilities at work with the requirements of family life.”

Read this maisie.
if you can't see the lies and holes in these statement you're a bigger fool than i thought. I could break it down for you, if you want. Sentence by sentence, all of it is not relevant to the rule, every single sentence.
These are important people making these statement, My God, they think you folks will buy anything,......These comments are absurd.
Read it, break it down to the proposed rule, see if what they say has any relevance to the rule. Remember the rule is for a salary of LESS Than $47, 746 dollar a year, and are demanded to work more than 40 hours per week without any additional compensation.

If we raise the minimum wage to $15.00 and hours and millions of jobs would be lost.

Change to this rule and not a single job would be lost.. not a single one.
In fact it would increase jobs.

Think about it.

The jobs the rule effects would not be lost..
If the company didn't want to pay time and half then they would hire more people, or not have the work get done.

Salary of less that 47,747.00 dollar. .Is a company scheme to overwork employees. maise knows it, I'm sure it effected her at some time.. there's virtually nothing worse the retail management for it.. It happens to me. and many people I know.
I told my , you work in retail for a temporary job hourly, If they ask you to be salaried as a manager trainee .......Do not accept and Run Run Run.
You will be guaranteed to make less money per hour..

Why don't I get it?

Why don't I get it...............
That Hillary was the big favorite to run for president, but had to use fraud to gain the democrat nomination?.
That Trump was a huge underdog, and won the Republican nomination, because of the will of the people?

That the Clinton Foundation is wrecked with underhanded dealings, and gives millions of dollars to charities
That the Trump Foundation is a honest one, and has never given a charity a dime.

That Hillary Clinton is a liar and fraud and will use any fraudulent method to get elected president.. but she loses
The Trump, says the election is rigged against him, but wins

But why is that no one believes .........
If the democrat are going to have dead people vote
The republican can hack the counter, and switch those votes to Trump

Why is it that people don't understand, in this country, that it's honesty that loses elections

The overtime rule

I don't support the minimum wage because I think it would mean a loss of jobs. A job, is always better than no job.

But I draw a line........

The overtime law. which is being thwarted.

"It would require companies to automatically pay salaried employees making $47,476 or less annually time-and-a-half overtime when they work more than 40 hours a week. That'd be more than double the $23,660 threshold that we currently have, and would give a raise to as many as 4 million workers."

Think about it, an employers who salaries someone for 47,476.00 dollars of less, can require that person to work more the 40 hrs, without any additional compensation.
Think about it
Think about it
Think about it
Making $47,476 dollars or less.... think about it. $47,476 or less...

This law is questionable......... this law doesn't make sense?
Are you going to allow this law not to pass?

Well this is the headline of what I just read.

Liberal see it as a fact
Conservatives see it as a poor loser, and a waste of time.

I see, all you folks Liberal and Conservative are f*cked up.

I think it's not likely but possible, the computer vote counting could have been hacked.

What are we suppose to do about that?

just let it go

I don't think so, we need to hope it wasn't hacked and it can be proven.

Because if this investigation leads to a voter hacking issue...This country is in a world of hurt.
But then again, this country is in a world of hurt if we ignore it.
