There was a package in the mail yesterday. The Rose of Jericho had a very soothing energy with a magickal feel to it. I placed the package in my purse and headed to the local XII meeting.
A young man was sharing how many Jewish folks impacted his recovery. Dang! What is more Hebrew than the Rose of Jericho. After the meeting, I told him that I had something for him. He thought it was a cupcake and explained that he was abstaining from sugar. I advised him that it wasn't something to eat. I handed him the plant and told him it was magickal.
The young man is an individual who understands Unique, Magickal & CRYSTALS!!!!
I took my home, found a special bowl and bottled water. It's takes about IV hours for it to start opening up and a day or so for be completely green and pretty.

When I first travelled Washington D.C. it brought back memories from over a decade ago. There were homeless people and panhandlers everywhere. I dealt with this scenario in Ventura, California frequently but not so much in West Virginia.
There was so much opulence yet so much desperation. One year I was at the Union Station Food Court and purchased a meal for a young man. My Quaker girlfriend was at a deli the Judicial Square station. She also purchased a meal for a homeless man. We met at the Judicial Square station to spend the night in a nearby Church for a protest/lobbying event.
The first time I went to DC was right after Grumpy's death., I stayed at the William Penn House which was the healing place I needed. I was homeward bound heading to the East Market Metro Station I encountered a woman sleeping on a sofa on the sidewalk .It was apparently being thrown out. Sometimes people leave things on the sidewalk for other folks to pick and utilize. I did a quick prayer for the woman and headed the station.
I soon realized I was going in the wrong direction. I turned around and headed for the station in the right direction. Once again, I encountered the lady sleeping on the discarded sofa. I took a closer look at her. The one thing I noticed on both encounters was her sparkling square-cut zircon earrings
This was a woman fighting to maintain some semblance of dignity and being a woman despite her challenging circumstance. Once again, I visualized her in healing light and sent a prayer to the cosmos for divine intervention in her life.
I had about XVI dollars in cash on me . I placed it in her shoe to find when she wakes . I don't know the woman's story or how she will use the cash . It's none of my business. It is between her and her Higher Power. I do know we are called to pray for people and frequently we are called be the answer to someone's prayer. We can even be the answer to our own prayers. Faith without works is dead. We can do the footwork but the results are not always what we expect.

Germophobia Versus Vaccinations

Friday, afternoon, my neighbor was knocking at my door. She usually leaves notes at my door because she's germophobic.
She locked herself out of her apartment and I knew for a fact that the landlord was out for the weekend. She left her cellphone in her apartment and needed me to call him. I stepped out of the apartment and she quickly backed away.
Dah! Here is a woman who is germophobic and won't get the vaccine because she's afraid of that too. I handed her my cellphone so that she could talk to the landlord but she was afraid to touch the phone so I had to make the call. He didn't answer as I predicted. I left a text.
The poor woman was sitting on her porch step looking forlorn. I didn't know how to help her and she's got so many stipulations on how I should help her. I finally noticed that her window was open.
So my unvaccinated male neighbor took off the screen and lifted her unvaccinated self through the window. Phobias can certainly make a person's life more complicated than it really has to be.
I leave a key hidden outside my apartment and usually have a spare in my bag. I know my shortcomings and work with them. She mentioned being fearful of doing that. Dang! I frequently leave my door unlocked when leaving the apartment. It's a safe neighborhood. Who is going to enter my apartment uninvited? Certainly not my germophobic neighbor.

There was an actual TRAIN TRIP Washington DC where I met TRUMP at the station on my way to the "Ford" THEATER. I did not know at the time that a few years down the line, I would take part in an actual TRUMP TRAIN which was fun considering that we got a few THUMBS down which was an improvement over the MIDDLE FINGER that some folks got.
When my s0n was a youngster, he loved Calvin and Hobbs and even went as them for a Halloween Treat or Treat adventure. His s0n, my precious grandbaby inherited Hobbs which he took to the local Aquarium.
A few years back, WV Senator Shelley Moore Capito was going to oppose a bill but suddenly changed courses after a meeting with President Trump at a Boys Scout gathering in WV. I created a Horary Chart to determine "WTF" happened. All the planets were below the horizon on the chart. Secret TROLLS doing their thing

My 12 Step Training taught me to connect with God of my understanding.
It was a relief to not have to listen to a Preacher ranting about all that "Fire, Brimstone, God is gonna get ya!" nonsense.
When I was five years sober, I decided that I needed a Religion. I researched the different religions and discovered that the Episcopalians were the most educated. Since I value education, I decided to stick with the winners and became an Episcopalian.
Since that time, I've become Unitarian when I am not meditating with the Quakers
Indeed Episcopalian were educated in their thinking. Yes there is a God who proves himself through coincidences. The Bible contains Truths but may not be all literal Facts. So What.
Mythology is not a bad thing - Many Major Religions explain things through Mythology.
I purchased a New Jerusalem Bible and a Book of Common Prayers. The got ahold of my Bible and chewed it up to Smithereens. The Vicar suggested that I simply throw it away and buy a new Bible. That was an easy solution.
The Catholics burnt Martin Luther's Version of the Bible but it didn't stop the Lutherans from creating a Reformation.
If Ben Laden opted to Burn Bibles - It won't stop Christians from being Christians. The Christian Bookstores can charge him double for the Bibles.
So Now there is much ado about this Loonytoon Preacher who wants to burn the Koran on September 11th. This is really stupid.
Nevertheless, Preacher Terry Jones has a solid constitutional right to burn any book he wants as long as he doesn't violate fire code. If he burns Korans, it doesn't change the words in the ones that the Law-abiding Citizens in the United States Possess.
The only thing Preacher Terry Jones actions accomplish is to reveal him for the nutcase that he is. He is the reason why some folks opts to be non Christians.
It is called manipulating Spiritual concepts for Political and personal Power.
The ate my Bible but it didn't stop me from finding a Spiritual Walk.

Thoughts about the "J6" Rally

I watched the "J6" rally on Live Stream. The protest was about the inhumane treatment of non-violent prisoners who are still waiting trial. The story is that many of them were denied bail and are being held in solitary confinement.
I can certainly get behind the cause for humane treatment of non-violent offenders. Mass incarceration is a problem. The "War On Drugs" fattens the pocket of drug lords, barristers, and jailers while doing absolutely nothing to help folks who are struggling with drug addiction.
Follow the money. The greedy ones really don't give a FiretrUCK about solving the problem. They care about their own gains of money property, power tripping, and prestige.
I am not sure how many folks attended the January 6th Rally. Certainly a lot more than those who attended "J6." The majority were there lawfully and did not storm the Capitol building, destroy property, and assault the police. Most of them listened to Trump's live stream tape, got back on the Rally buses and went home.
There was a projected estimate of 7OO attendees for the "J6" Rally. 4OO actually attended. I've been to several protests. Some larger, some smaller. My girlfriend and I went to a protest for Environmental Protection. We were escorted out of the FERC building because of conduct of some in our group. They were singing "We shall over come."
Afterwards, the girlfriend and I walked over to the Senate Building for lobbying. There is a right and a wrong way to accomplish things.
Getting arrested is not that uncommon for protesting in D.C. Most of the time, they bail out, get fined up to 5O dollars, and do it again. This is the scenerio of what happened to the women who stormed the Senate buildings during the Kavanaugh confirmation.
The problems of mass incarceration and the inhumane treatment of non-violent offenders is not a new scenerio that started on January SIXth 2O2l. I have been working on this cause for a few years.

The donkey rushed forward and continued: ′′The tiger disagrees with me, contradicts me and annoys me. Please punish him."
The king then declared: ′′The tiger will be punished with 3 days of silence."
The donkey jumped with joy and went on his way, content and repeating ′′The grass is blue, the grass is blue..."
The tiger asked the lion, "Your Majesty, why have you punished me, after all, the grass is green?"
The lion replied, ′′You've known and seen the grass is green."
The tiger asked, ′′So why do you punish me?"
The lion replied, "That has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green. The punishment is because it is degrading for a brave, intelligent creature like you to waste time arguing with an ass, and on top of that, you came and bothered me with that question just to validate something you already knew was true!"
The biggest waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who doesn't care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on discussions that make no sense. There are people who, for all the evidence presented to them, do not have the ability to understand. Others who are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment, and the only thing that they want is to be right even if they aren’t.
When IGNORANCE SCREAMS, intelligence moves on.

It was one of those days when I felt like having fun with Horary Astrology, The mindset of the internet troll is not easy to figure . Horary Astrology works by asking a question, casting a chart based on the timing of the question and answering the question according to the placement of the planets in the chart.
So there are least four trolls that I can identify on the SFF Blogs. Two are female and two are men. Unsavory characters are represented House XII - The Trolls are represented by Mars which is the ruling planet of Scorpio where the XII House resides. The Boys Trolls are represented by Venus which is the ruling planet of Libra where the XII House in the TURNED Chart is located.
It is ironic that Boys should be Mars and Women should be Venus but this chart indicated Gender confusion and there is at least one who not representing his/her correct gender in their profile.
Also interesting Venus and Mars are in Mutual Reception which means that at least two are working together. Mars ( Trolls) are keeping company with the Sun in the House (Religion and Politics) while the Trolls are in House X! (Friends). Neither are in their comfort zone and all are seXuaIIy frustrated. Perhaps if they surrounded themselves with CRYSTALS and cyber-wOOpee each other - they might mellow .
The Moon is keeping company with Pluto, Saturn and Jupiter. What a mess that keeps expanding and expanding.
I did a back-up tarot which reveals Troll#0ne is seriously gender confused. Troll#Tw0 is whacked on mind-altering chemicals (prescription, illegal, & liquid) They do it all. Troll#+hree has major issues with paranoia. Troll#F0UR has a Narcissistic personality disorder.

Samhain is the Pagan term for Halloween - The time of the year when the veil between the worlds is thinnest. It is also the Celebration of the Harvest.
September is the beginning of Pumpkins and other produce coming to be
SAYMA equals = Southern Appalachian Yearly Meeting Association
and the joy of being a Senior Activist which sometimes means staying in hostels and sleeping on the top bunk - not an easy task at my age.
When I first started going to Quaker meetings, I received a text, "Would I be willing to be a SAYMA representative for the William Penn House in Washington D.C. I had been to the WPH a few times but I had no clue what SAYMA was. I got an invite to go to the WPH - thinking I was going to a SAYMA meeting. " Dang, I didn't realize that Washington D.C. was in Appalacia," I was thinking as I was on the train heading to D.C.
When I arrived at the William Penn House, I was told that I was there as a SAYMA Representative for the William Penn House. The major SAYMA event is usually held in North Carolina. It was on z00m for the past few years.
I stayed at the William Penn House several times for lobbying adventures. We are currently doing our activism on zOOm. I miss the visits to D.C. I don't miss having to climb on those top bunks. Fortunately I usually manage to get a bottom bunk.

Three years ago, I changed political parties because the Democrats were acting like idiots. "Wah Wah! Trump won! Not our President!!! Don't like Kavanaugh so leaks confidential information to the press and watch the masses bang and claw away the Supreme Court door while getting escorted out of the Senate building in zip ties. My body - my choice is all fine and great when there is another body involved, does it really have to be taxpayer funded?
I am pro-choice but I am not going to be waving the banners nor get arrested in the cause for free THlRD Trimester abortions.
Fast Forward to January 6th 2021. I am watching a bunch of idiots storm the Capitol Building because "Wah Wah! Trump lost" I preferred listening to Republican Texas Congressman, Dan Crenshaw. Congress does NOT have the authority to overturn the results of the electoral college. The idiots wanted to harm Vice President Mike Pence for simply doing his job and enforcing the Constitution.
So we have wack-a-doodles on BOTH sides. Should I change political parties AGAIN? I have already been elected Eastern Regional Vice President of the local Republican Club.
Nope, I have been advised by my lobbying group that I can still effectively lobby for immigration reform, racial justice, environmental protection, educational and economic opportunities as a representative of the Republican Party.
So if somebody wants to "Hate Trump," that's fine. He's not my concern. I'll deal with him in 2024 if need be. There are plenty of other GOPers who need my input and support.
If someone thinks the vaccine is snake oil that is thier choice. I opted for the vaccine because I don't want to get sick and I don't want to make others sick. I don't listen to the media. I have two ladies in my Book Club. One is a physician and the other one works in administration. I listen to them.
If somebody from Canada is opinionated about United States politics - so what. It means that they may not be from Canada after all or perhaps there is simply not that much going on in their country. The First Amendment applies either way.
