Singaporean are mostly abiding citizen in their own country. They are following all rules set up by the government. Are they really sincere?

Driving through Malaysian North-south highway from Johor Bahru to bukit kayu hitam in kedah where allowable speed is 110 km/hr. The singaporean registered cars are mostly speeding more than 140 km/hr, judging from the speed I was driving at 120 km/hr. I was overtaken by these singaporean registered cars and within minutes they disappeared in front of me. How fast do you think they're driving?
No doubt they were driving higher powered car.

There are law and regulation of others too that we must respect.
