Grandparent Rights 11/18/2004
The rights of grandparents are an emerging area of the law.
A few years ago the Texas supreme court said the grandparents
had no rights if the parents agreed they should have none.
The legislature changed this to allow for grandparents
who had a significant influence or relationship in the
