Profile for classic_48
I'm not a sales person. I won't presume to know what you might like to garner here. Therefore I'll offer myself in the following context. Though I'm a middle of the road per I am not mainstream in many senses. When push comes to shove I tend to cleave to the conservative side. I am also contrarian in some ways. I admire Clint Eastwood and many of his characters. He illustrates those who step aside of convention. Such actions usually seem to be for the right reasons and to the conclusion that justice is served. That having been said, I am probably not considered by most as an 'end justifies the means' person. My biggest asset: Calling a spade a spade My biggest liability: Calling a spade a spade My glass is almost one-half of water, almost one-half of air and has a small amount of matter which in neither air nor water. I sometimes tend to function without observation of political politeness. That may be changing a bit. I find social interface via the internet to be a great laboratory that is once removed from the immediacy of face-to-face. Some of the learning is working its way into the other aspects of my life. Whom I seek may have an atypical profile or perhaps more conventional. Like most gifts one doesn't know what they are receiving until after it is unwrapped. I once told a lady I would not compete for the affection of a woman. She remarked, "If you met the right woman you would!" I replied, "If I met the right woman I wouldn't have to!" Kind Regards, classic_48

My Ideal Person
I can daydream with the best of them. While we all have attributes, both positive and otherwise, it is how these qualities come together to form a whole that can best shape a relationship. The woman I would like to meet may well have an atypical About Me description. I may not be prone to a lot of 'shoulds' and 'musts.' Then again in sight of clear goals I may be open to guidance. That which is most important between two people is what they bring out in each other.

What are your favorite television shows?: NCIS, Without a Trace, Numb3rs, News (not local), NASCAR, Masterpiece Mystery

Favorite films: Contact, The Red Violin, Heat, Much Ado About Nothing, An Officer and a Gentleman
