sparklefit....... wrote a response to my blog. that put my perspective of Hitler and Trump in a different light. It seems appropriate that an atheist using the word GOD.. clarified thing for me.. Not that my ideas about it changed but looked at it in a different way.
The subject didn't have much to do with the original blog.. so I thought it deserved it own post.
WE put the blame on Hitler... the face of fascism.. when fascism has multi faces.
but the true face of fascism.. is the moral lies.
Connecting the dots between Trump and Hitler.... Is difficult to be sure.
But connecting the dots between the American people and the German people is much easier. I have been trying to tell people that for a long time..but it always seems to revert back to Trump and Hitler.
The truth about Trump and Hitler is not in the telling of moral lies...It's the believing of the moral lies. People get the choice to believe or not. the German people believed, we haven't reached that point yet.
Morality and immorality is about the baser instincts of people.
The conflict that results can be used, that what Trump does, he uses the conflict of our baser instincts against a higher moral purpose.
The irony of Christianity......We are all sinners.... Yet can be saved. The sinner becomes the baser instinct, and the conflict is what we are willing to do to be "saved".
Christians should be ashamed to be a Trump supporter, but too many are not....The reason... Well, we are all sinners..Aren't We?

Sparklefit.... you should be on Trump's side.. He is anti-religion. He is against everything religion stands for......He sees our baser instincts and appeals to them.
He uses a higher moral purpose, only in the sense that people can have it ALL.
His greatest lie, is that our baser instincts can serve a higher moral purpose.
In that way Trump, is exactly like Hitler. The only question we need to ask.... Are we going to be like the German people?
It's not about Trump.. It's Never been about Trump...It's about US.

My response to Lizst's blog........
There is a couple of differences between Weinstein and Trump. Those differences don't make any difference in the morality of it, or the objectifying of women.
But there are differences.
In the case of Trump, it's an attitude towards women, all women, and his own self-image
In the case of Weinstein... it's an attitude towards his position of power and his direct effect of that power on women. He was only doing it to women who wanted something from him. he was just using his power.. In Weistein's case.. it had a lot more to do, with a lack of self image than an inflated self image.
As his industry utilizes sex, both directly and indirectly..He sees handsome "leading" men, getting any women they want.... Well, he certainly isn't a "leading" man", but he had something women wanted... and he wanted to use that to get what he wanted. Simply, it was a matter of confusion about sex. In his industry, what he sees is women objectifying men, yet he was not that object, but wanted to be. It was his way of being a "leading man", for him to be objectified, without having to look in the mirror.
Trump on the other hand is not confused.....It 's just about him and his entitlement..... In his mind he is both the "leading' man, and the power broker. He does whatever he wants.
The second difference....NO ONE IS DEFENDING WEINSTEIN. He pays the price.
It seems everybody loses their job over it... EVERYBODY BUT TRUMP.
One is sad LITTLE man...The other, well, I'll let Lizst define that one.

and there is something wrong with Caitlan Coleman. You don't need to know the particulars, you don't need to know the circumstances. I challenge you to look in their eyes and see, if you can see it.
Something is rotten in Kabul.......and I can smell the stink all the way over here.
when someone talks of anti-feminism, They forget the difference between the "want to do's: and the "have to do's". I would suggest that anti-feminists, move to Afghanistan, to be with those who think the same way.
Making your husband lunch everyday, is love........ if you want to do it.

We had entered the Twilight Zone, where up is down and down is up.
Where the epitome of conceit is not a mouse crawling up an elephant leg with r*pe in mind, but a piss ant dictator with a nuclear weapon trying to r*pe the world.
Where healthcare isn't about health, but access to insurance. That affordability means something, even if you can buy it, but can't use it.
Where lies are true and the truth is a lie.
Where power is influence, no matter what that influence is.
Where a show of strength, is to NEVER admit you could be wrong.
Where guns are a tool.. just like a bulldozer or a wrecking ball.
Where a millionaire white whale, who has it all, can obtain a shitload of automatic weapons, and shoot into a crowd... Killing and wounding over 600 people, effecting all our lives.
When it's just a matter of his confusion, Where a lie is a truth, where influence is beyond his reach, where his inalienable rights are being denied, where he can buy something, and it's useless if he can't use it.
Where he's frustrated and feels he can't do what other millionaire white whales can do, the same way they do it...... He'll do it in a different way, and show them he can.
And, so all we do is scratch our head, grab our balls, and figure out what bathroom we are going use.
When you get to the base of it all, there is nothing more truthful of the motivation, more appropriate to acts of violence and terrorism, than the event in Las Vegas.
It's in black and white, and in living color.. played out on our TV screens.
and as we scratch our heads.. to figure out what it says. analyse, and dissect. We avoid the fact it says it all.

I could always see what's coming down the pike I never feared what Trump would do..still don't..... but I do fear what the Liberals will do
The Right never figured they could lose. battles won , just enable them. They can't see the "big picture"
Drawing battle lines can be great.. only if you think you can't lose....But if you lose you get swamped.
The fact is Liberals don't do what the Right does, however the battle lines will forced the Liberals to do what the right does. What the right does is enabled, because Liberal have more temperance, they allow them to do it.
But battle lines destroy temperance.
You can't be narrowminded, hypocritical, untruthful, and demanding and expect to win. It just doesn't work long term.
What you lose is the other side becomes, narrowminded, hypocritical, untruthful and demanding.
The death of democracy is ......it's not going back the way it was.
No matter who wins.
The Right is making sure of that.
And....THE RIGHT CAN'T WIN.......

Most people know what it was....
For very few.... it about what it should be..for them...white power is not just about more power but absolute power.
Most of us agree that White power and America is not compatible. Absolute white power is contemptible.
From 1860 to today..White power has been diminished.....
It depends on your definition of what is white power, to understand if it's been diminished enough.
We began from being contemptible of absolute white power, and in 150 year, have crossed the lines of contemptibility in diminished white power.. The majority of whites now believe white power, only exists in subsets like the KKK or Neo-Nazis. We have destroyed white power as it was.
So we.. not only need to define what is white power, but also need to define equality. For as we begin to approach equality, we only emphasize the fact, there no such thing.
So when is White power equal to black power, ethnic power and religious power?
When equality is only in the mind of the beholder.
Most whites think..... We gave up white power...isn't that enough.?
Why is it the some people, want to take away any other power we have?.
It's this backlash, that will eventually hit all white people, as others try to increase their power.....
And they do unto whites, what they perceive whites have done unto them.
White power exists.. it exists today, and will always exist. You can only lose what you've taken, You can't lose what you have. Whites have power, have lost what they have taken., Now it's only about what they do with the power they have. Too many want to take it back.
So It all depends on how you define White Power.

So many problems in the forest to see.
that I simply forget to hug a tree
Repair the body, ignore the soul
fix a part, ignore the whole

WE have become country, that stands against things, instead of standing up for things.
It doesn't matter what you stand for.....You will be told to sit down. WE have become a country of symbolism, without meaning, without integrity, and without purpose.
An idiomatic expression, about Obamacare, has been about REPEAL AND REPLACE. Not the repeal part, but the replacement part. The replacement part has always been silent. In this case REPEAL, does not mean change. And REPLACEMENT does not mean substitute. In a normal world, Replacement of Obamacare is all that needs to be said, because replacement is repeal. But, NO, NO, NO,..not good enough.
Obamacare is both a thing, an idea and a symbol. It's like the Statue of Liberty, the American Flag. the statue of Robert E Lee, A Swastika, A Democrat or a Republican. Repeal and Replacement of Obamacare, is not about changing the law, but about destroying the idea.
A symbolic effect.....that affects all symbols
It takes a strong person, to see the symbolic effect.
Although, I never disliked McCain, I thought of him as more hard line, and set in his ways.
In a way.... I actually agreed with Trump,....... I understood he was more a "hero" of circumstance, than substance.
Not now, McClain has seen the symbolic effect, and has chosen to fight against it. A Don Quixote, of ideals, that under dire circumstances chooses to fight the windmills. To take on the symbolic effect, only to become a symbol. A symbol he knows darn well.. will be subjected to the negatives of the symbolic effect. That, my friends, is a substantive hero
Now...... McCain is MY HERO.
